Because Lionsgate's distro rights expired. On one hand, the rights are with Amazon/MGM and since the MGM catalog includes pre-2020 AS titles I'm sure some someone will be putting out another edition in 4k HDR.

If you don't care about the stylized subs, the German BD is the way to go. I hope Shout does a (correct) UHD some day.

It was never out of print. Amazon has two different listings for it, and the one linked to by this site is populated with sky-high prices, leading some people to believe it had gone out of print. The listing you've posted was lesser known but still there.

I believe Bedazzled (2000) is OOP. Really want it on Bluray but not willing to spend the $100 or so it goes for on ebay. Strange they stopped making it, because it's a hilarious movie, maybe hits a bit too close to home for folks?

It's still available multiple places. Did you seem it out of stock somewhere? It's a MOD title so it could just be in between production cycles.
