I can't wait for my jacket to come! Can you take a picture of you wearing it in the front? I haven't seen a picture of someone actually wearing in yet from the front!

I'm not bothered by the overall score, I like reading the critic reviews.

This. I don't need to read every blogger's review. The only films I read reviews of on Rotten Tomatoes are genre films (mainly horror) that are generally trashed by critics but loved by fans. That's when I favor the lesser known publications since they care more about the genre.

Someone commented that the 3rd run looks much different from the 4th run in the pictures.

"Reviewer: Anonymous Person
This jacket looks a lot different to the 3rd run. Look at the front on shot of the shoulders. And also this 4th run seems to have a button on the clasp on the collar whereas the 3rd run doesn't. Also the front on shot shows the bottom of zip spreading out on the 3rd run but not the 4th."

Metacritic is awful for movies.

Don't like "every blogger" to have an opinion? Read the "Top Critics" on Rotten Tomatoes.

Some movies there dont' have "Top Critics" reviews and many just have Joe Blow spouting off like he's some kind of authority, some of whom don't even have a degree in film or journalism. As to why you think metacritic is awful for movies, that's a head scratcher to me but to each their own.

On the surface, it's obvious to compare Metacritic to RottenTomatoes, but when you scratch below the surface, they're rating two different things:

RT is giving you a percentage of how many reviewers like and dislike a movie.

65% like "XXX XXXXXX"

Metacritic is giving you the average numerical grade/score of a film based on all the reviewers grades/scores

"XXX XXXX" = 65

That "65" means two different things.

Assuming XXX XXXX received 100 reviews:

RT: "65 out of 100 people like XXX XXXX"
Metacritic: "Out of 100 reviews, the average score of XXX XXXX is 65"

As you can see, the problem with RottenTomatoes is that of that 65% that "LIKE" it, you dont know how MUCH they like it. Does anybody LOVE it? Maybe 12% LOVE it, or, maybe 50% LOVE it.

With Metacritic, the "Metascore of 65" is the weight/balance of LOVE, LIKE, OK, and HATE.

I have the 3rd run, it looks identical to the pictures of the 4th run.

Got the UK steelbook today,(it's a matte black finish with the writing and objects given a smooth finish) finished watching it just now and it looks and sounds incredible. Really solid release for one of the best films of last year. Shame that the extras are different to he US release.

I think if they do end up doing a deluxe set down the line then it will just be new packaging, and the combined content of extras from the Region A and B releases.

It looks like everything on the UK release isn't included on the US releasse and vice versa.

The cherry on the top will be a sweet Directors Commentary. And maybe a soundtrack (but let's face it, who doesn't already have that?) and Movie poster (design of which should be decided by the fanbase via a voting system)

How can it be awful? It compiles a list of established critics and links to their reviews.

My thoughts exactly. I personally wouldn't wear the jacket in public.

Any slim chance that thing is region free/Region A capable?

Hahaaa! That' great!

That reminds me of when guys ran out and bought the red-leather jacket from FIGHT CLUB. Even though it was an exact replica of the jacket from Fight Club, guys looked more like Michael Jackson than Brad Pitt.
