Last time I was in Movie Stop they have it listed as coming out in January. Don't recall the date though.

I cannot wait for this movie to come out. I thought the pace of the movie was excellent. The characters in this movie were full of emotion even though it didn't look like it. The soundtrack made the movie even more special and visually appealing.

I think this and Moneyball are the top movies of 2011 thus far.

Simply the best film of the year. Now, one of my all-time favorites. I admit it was harder to watch than most films, but that was indeed the beauty of it. Alfred Hitchcock once said somethin' like: "Most films are slices of life, mine are slices of cake." Well, I believe this film is one BIG @$$ slice of life, and that's exactly what makes it so unique, because it succeeds so well. Most films only seem to go so far into life and mostly are just some slices of cake, but this one raised the bar on the slices of life category. The substantial character development and story arrangement are what make the film great, but the way in which it's delivered is where people will likely get throwed off at, and probably are, but is what makes it unique, which is very welcomed in my book.

I don't know about some of you who didn't think so positively about it, but the movie had me on the edge of my seat like nothing else, yet it still managed to have some style. Most of all, the film made me completely forget I was in a theater. I've never seen someone get shot or beat to death in real life as if it happened right in front of me, but after watching this film, I felt I had. I also never thought I could have the capacity to beat someone to death until I saw Ryan Gosling do it for me... genius.

Btw: The long and quiet dialogue scenes are not something new for me in real life. It was almost a shock to me how it was delievered in the film, 'cause it made me feel like I was right there with two people who were shy instead of two actors just standing there in front of a camera. Bottom line: I believe this is a new kind of film, and the more people realize that, the more likely they'll come around to enjoying it the way they ought to. I do think repeated viewings of this will benefit a great deal.

Rumor has it December 20th.. I'm really hoping its that date or sooner! I dunno if i can't wait until January to watch this again

I can confirm the date for Warrior being Dec. 20th, as I work at a movie store and we updated the release dates for a few movies. Still, just confirming that more than one source says that, it still is subject until studio officially announces.

Need to check if they updated the one for Drive, though. Reading it got bumped up to Jan. 10th is awesome news! Hope it's true! If there are multiple editions, I'm buying them all; steelbook, different slips, etc.

I hope Warrior comes with a Slipcover, keeping my fingers crossed Lionsgate does justice to the best movie of 2011.. Also I heard Drive is coming out Jan. 31st, where you hearing the 10th from

Best movie of 2011, hands down. Completely blew away all of my expectations! Gosling was freakin' amazing in this and I can't wait to see it again! It's not often that a film keeps a smile on my face during its entire running time. Oh... and the return of Albert Brooks! Yes!

100% positively sure? lol. The 31st seemed right to me as well but later looking at the UltimeDisney release schedule and seeing January 10th odds are thats the official release now. They are always precise on their dates and knowing Drive and Moneyball are both from Sony I don't see why not January 10th for both.
