My brain definitely agrees with you (https://www.sciencedaily.com/release...1028213809.htm), but you know it’s a for profit business , ergo studios must pull the emotional strings of fans of the talent, especially celebrities i.e., in the world of Hollywood escapism Tom and Jennifer do look sexy in those photos. Keep in mind firemen/women, doctors, FBI agents, etc. all do things regularly in movies and TV shows which would be rare or otherwise nonexistent, almost laughable, in real life. I think content creators count on audiences realizing that.

If a disclaimer/caveat to the helmetless practice depicted (e.g. mentioning that it is intended for dramatic purposes) is deemed necessary to be included in the credits, especially for the sake of naive fans from the grey and blue states - https://www.iihs.org/iihs/topics/law...orcyclehelmets , I would hope movie watchers take the time to read it and act responsibly.

That’s exactly what my wife said to me when she saw the bottom half of this photo despite me mentioning to her that I was concentrating on the downtown San Diego skyline in the background, the Coronado bridge on the far upper right and that the MPAA would probably rate it only as a PG-13 for showing a bit too much mammary human anatomy in a hot tub on the back of a luxury yacht in San Diego bay….
