Allardyce has this stellar rep as a relegation firefighter but he never had to manage a bunch as unfit and inept as this current Palace team, it's rotten to the core because of that cretin Pardew. And he really doesn't know whether he can keep them up, it's not just kidology to fire up the players (and even if it is, it isn't ****ing working).

That's one draw and four EPL losses on the bounce since Fat Sam took over, of course it's taking time for them to adapt to his playing style (getting everyone back defending is wearing out the forward line so we've not got enough energy to play the counter attack) but even if/when it finally clicks we're not going to go on some 6-game winning streak which will claw back the winnable points that we're losing now (Watford, Swansea), and we're already two points from safety after ****ing Swansea beat Liverpool.

The Bournemouth game is one of the biggest matches of Palace's 4-year stint in the EPL thus far, we simply can't afford to lose it. God, what I'd give to have them play out the most dull, turgid 0-0 draw I've ever seen - a clean sheet and a priceless point would be some progress at last.

They did look a lot better, although still had some breakdowns on defense. It was great seeing the new transfers contributing already. Hopefully this level of play will continue and they get some more results.
