Yeah, West Brom seem pretty established at this point. Maybe you will bring in another player or two before transfercdeadline day.

Brighton might go down Geoff but we in the Sussex area can always rely on Palace to show us things could be worse and to cheer us up. Palace fans vandalising their own team bus a few months back still gets a laugh

Thsnks, it's going to be tough though. Considering we have had no money, SG has done a great job so far. MCGeady is different class.

I think a play off place is realistic. Wolves and Boro spending money like it's out of fashion. We can't compete with that while MR tight arse is director.

Thanks tob. Yes, it was. Croats are always nuts when it comes to rooting for their team. They even compromised their own team at the last World Cup. So I don't expect anything less from their club level teams. It will be a tough rematch next week. I hope we make it through.

Something's got to give at some point. That bloke has to go. But look at it this way, for years Sunderland competed with the big boys when they were undermanned, so I don't see why you couldn't get top three at the lower level now. I think your team will be just fine. Spending crazy amounts of money doesn't always translate into success.

Are Arsenal and Sunderland's games both kicking off at 5.30 pm tomorrow? Can't remember from when I checked Ceefax yesterday. I know the Sunderland game is on Sky, but I'm going to start drifting away from Sky and watch the latest scores and highlights on the BBC (Final Score, Match of the Day, Match of the Day 2, Cup competition highlights etc.), ITV (Champions League and Europa League) and Channel 5 (Championship and Leagues 1 & 2).

But in the context of it being about fans at football matches, it's not a shock. I found the anecdotes and stories touching, sad and funny.
