Been reading the Sony files on Wikileaks.....at that time many titles coming soon in 4K
Cliffhanger, In the line of Fire, Das Boot (pending access to elements in GERMANY), Lost Horizon (1937), Mr. Deeds Goes to Town (1936) and 7th Voyage of Sinbad (restoration in progress - no eta for completion) to name a few.
Intrestingly some note on Black Hawk Down says "HE ADVISED THIS TITLE TO BE DROPPED"
Anyway many many documents

And the look of In the Valley of Elah isn't 4K either. If Roger had budget that allows him to do 4K, that's a no-brainer.

The used .pdf file as source, has more incorrect/missing info. Like Prisoners, Skyfall for not noting the 4K DI info.

And where the information about a upcoming 4K transfer of "Das Boot"?

That's because they are not in this thread.
Do a search for 'wikileaks Sony 4K DI scans' and it should pop up.
These titles you're questioning are in there because they belong there, i don't put things in here just for the fun of it

I found two lists, one list is postet here in the thread with titles like Angels & Demons.

Unfortunately, the other list is a xlsx file, and I could not open the file with several programs (for example Microsoft Office Excel Viewer).

Im just little confused, I see all these new titles in the thread, but no link or information about the source.

Does the the 4K scan info from Sony mean, that the Blu-rays of the Directors Cut all use this new scan worldwide, or do they make a new scan for a new Blu-ray?
I cannot imagine Euro Video making a 4K scan for the existing Blu-ray, or Sony making a new Scan for them.

I believe The Golden Voyage of Sinbad was one of the 4K remasters Sony gave to Twilight Time, and I have suspicions that In The Mouth of Madness is 4K too.
