I think Longest Day has been brought up as a 4K mastered title before, it's such a shame that they took what they had and sucked the life out of it with some of the worst DNR I've ever seen.

Thelma & Louise looks so good, almost have no doubt, it was mastered in 4K. But since it was released back in 2011, the 4K Mastered Marketing, was not that big, as it now is.

I just sent some e-mail to 20th FOX, hopefully they can confirm the 4K thing.

Yeah, it looks pretty awesome. I always assumed that it came from a 4K scan. BUT, there's no confirmation on that yet, correct?

I see there is a picture of the 1986 version of The Fly a couple of posts up. ls there a 4K mastered blu-ray floating around somewhere? I like the film but the U.S. disc doesn't have the best of transfers.

All added....many of these have not so good transfers so it's hard to belive that they come from a 4K treatment...but remember that this one is 4K
