Robert, do you plan on offering this calibration service - https://calman.spectracal.com/sony-autocal.html to customers prior to shipment of purchased 2018 Sony Master Series TVs?

Sony should have for the Z9F an option to buy a more traditional stand. Not 4 crab legs.

I imagine for 4 crab legs to work one would need a very long AV CONSOLE. What 8 feet?

Yes, we will be offering Sony's A9F and Z9F Master Series with CalMan's Auto Calibration. Our service will include a complete Q/C, proper break-in and the best possible CalMan calibration.

We've been offering this service on Samsung, LG and Sony TVs, but with the manual calibration service provided by one of the top professional calibrators.

IDK, a 70" table is nice and should even fit a 75" Z9D. I got this one for ~$200 at IKEA. Split legs are better than a center pedestal anyway, especially as the screen size goes up. Much less wobble.

That's really nice. Is that a 65 inch TV on it?

At IKEA did they have such without pullout drawers . But instead have just tinted glass doors and behind them only selves? Proper sized to fit many AV Gears, ie. Blu ray players, AVRs, SAT Boxes, etc

I wish we had dealers who provide that level of service where I live.

I literally just got an IKEA catalogue in the mail a few minutes ago and flipped through it; they should have plenty more styles and sizes online but yes it looks like they have large TV tables with glass doors instead of drawers. Here's a stunning huge table for example, and also the one I got but slightly smaller and white. I know they have many variations of just the one I got, some with open shelves and some with doors, so you can most likely find something perfect.

Wrong thread (you want the OLED one) but it's interesting that they used the Revenant for that banding test between the LG and the Sony because the banding is baked in to that encode. If the Sony's not showing any of it at all then they've probably got the Smooth Gradation cranked up to the max.

I really hope the 65in will be at least $3500. I'm wondering how far down the D will be. I'm guessing $2500? If so, do you think the D will be a better buy than the F?

Lol sweet setup. The P is such a great panel. The black levels are amazing. If mine didn’t have issues I would have kept it for my living room.

I was looking at an IKEA tv stand but none could accommodate my centre channel

Are you thinking about upgrading the Z9D?

The ZF9 looks like a monster but it's not like I'm rocking a pitiful portable picnic player as it is, as much as I'd love to order a ZF9 tomorrow (it's what credit cards were made for!) I know better than to jump right in.

True, I’ll be curious to see if any stores near me will have one. Doubtful though.

Myself I'm very particular how high my centre channel is from ground level. Secondly, is a slot that can hold it well and also not deflect sound.
