Wow, what in giddy giddy heck was going on in the Sunderland/Aston Villa game this afternoon! Villa absolutely caned their asses big time style! 4 GOALS IN THE FIRST HALF ALONE!!!

EDIT: And that's how it ended at the final whistle......Wow......Just wow!!!

Another game, another series of goals on a plate wasted by Nugent. Why Pearson brings him on week after week I just don't understand. Nugent is the sole reason we didn't come away with three points...again... but one point is better than nothing I suppose. Our fates would have been sealed had we lost today, I don't really know what a draw means as we got into Spurs, then straight into Hammers.

I saw that in the highlights steedeel the fans have enough he can't stand by players who fail on the pitch every time and he still picks them.

Thanks mate, but I can't see us getting out of trouble. We were so, so bad yesterday. The players didn't look up for the fight.

I think that is a big problem with the game yesterday for me with Leicester. Hull was do or die, literally everything rested on that game and we've beat them once before.

Instead they were barely in the game at all, even when Hull went down to ten men there was no real sense of purpose and intent behind the football and seeing Nugent laugh to himself each time he missed a goal on a silver platter made me want to punch him in the face.

Yeah, he is so short of the quality required, it's untrue. A bit like danny Graham for us.

It was obvious to me that wickham fletcher and Graham we're going to be a massive problem going into the season. Our top scorer has 4 goals and that is Adam Johnson. It's like the directors and chairman WANT us to go down. It's pathetic. Especially after the miracle escape last year.
