Very funny.

Actually, I was thinking recently about an idea for a new Mission: Impossible tape scene, inspired by how Arsenal and Sunderland have been the past few weeks, and referring to Wenger and Moyes (for the past few weeks I've been watching the original Mission: Impossible on DVD again. Am currently on the third season).

Lost 1-0 tonight, but we played well. Chadli had a good chance in the second half.

Well done Rob on Manchester United winning last night against Celta Vigo in the second leg Europa League semi-final.

Good luck everyone this weekend.

Happy with our win today against Stoke and we handled their aggressive tactics today but it was a terrible decision by the ref to allow that cheat of a goal by Crouch.
Sorry about your results Steedeel and OceanBlue.

Good win that tob, I knew that Sunderland wouldn't be able to do the business for the second week in a row though, Swansea are now level on points with Palace!

All to play for tomorrow, just one precious point will see Palace safe. And if we win it'll send Hull down so they'll be fighting for their lives.

Cheers tob. Hull haven't won away in the League since flippin' August, so just as Burnley's dreadful away record was destined to come to an end at Palace there's a good chance that fate will tip its hand towards Hull. Selhurst is gonna be a very nervous place tomorrow.

I just hope we don't get a ref as clueless as that last pillock, not that we lost because of that but it sure didn't ****ing help.

Well done GVortex, Tob and Penton Man.

Ocean, that was a good effort, hard luck.

Geoff, I will just say good luck.

As for my lot, wow I didn't think we could sink any lower but we managed it. Couldn't even play with pride for the fans. Disgusting, disgraceful and good riddance to them.

You and everyone else, yes.

Fine win today but Hull handed it to Palace on a silver platter, the early goal settled the team & fans and they never looked back. Burnley provided the blueprint on how to beat Palace - let them have the ball - but Hull did as Hull did under Marco Silva, they kept possession and took the heat off Palace with their general ineptitude.

Thierry Henry can go **** himself though, moaning that Allardyce should've pushed the team on once it was 2-0 instead of sitting back and letting the toothless Tigers play themselves into oblivion. Two things: we may play in red and blue but we ain't exactly Barcelona, and we still won 4-0 anyway you silly French tart.

I don't agree with the pundits' blasé assessment of it being Fat Sam's "easiest job" either, it took a full 6 games for them to register a win under Allardyce and without those sensational recent results against Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool (who've all recently reiterated just how good they can be) then we would be going down, end of. Our position might end up being comfortably mid-table but this has been a MIGHTILY close shave.

Still, Palace have now secured a fifth straight year of top-flight football for the first time EVER. For Palace fans, this team are the real history boys.

You and Steedy both, yeah. The pundits and media just assumed that Fat Sam would keep them up and eventually he's prevailed so naturally they're treating it as this throwaway event that was never in doubt, "Sam's easiest job" etc, even though the same media were outright questioning his ability to work the miracle until Palace put that extraordinary run together.

But I don't care how good the players are on paper, this squad was a complete and utter shambles under Pardew and even with Sam's fabled powers it's still come right down to the wire. Well, almost.

Him and Redknapp are both getting on my tits, and not just because of today. I love Carra and Neville, their analysis is usually very astute, but those other two are just terrible.
