Looking at this thread again, it just occurred to me that it would be nice if there were a listing of all the members in each ranking, at least the top ones (say from Blu-ray Guru on up). I don't know if this would be popular enough a feature to bother implementing, but seems like something worth considering. I mean, who doesn't want to know how many members have made it all the way to Blu-ray Arch Duke?

Well, you could search the entire site, compose such a list and start a new thread. I'd certainly take a look - but that's a lotta work. Good luck.

It could technically be added as a site feature, since you can already search your rank by size of your Blu-ray collection, so I guess you could do a post count too. Maybe suggest it in the feedback section and see what people think.

A leaderboard would be a great idea, just not sure what the resources needed to get it up and running would be.

I really don't think it's a good idea and I seriously doubt that site management would favor or support any such listing as it would only encourage some folks to post for quantity instead of quality - and there's enough of that crap already. The multi-quote button is there for a reason, yet some posters - both newbies and high rankers - ignore it like it's an STD.

I would use the multi quote button if new how to use it.

No problem - you just click the multi-quote button

(to the right of the bigger Quote button) for each item you want to respond to - and click the regular quote button

for the last one.

So if you wanted to respond to 3 posts, that would be

. Then you can edit out unwanted bits all at once. Not for every occasion, but nice when needed.
