I can't wait to get my hands on the 3D blu. The 3D wasn't that great but the movie is visually stunning.

My wife and I have play practice (doing Rocky Horror, I'm a Phantom) damn near EVERY day this month except the Tuesday this comes out.

Told my wife, "if you let me have this day to myself...I PROMISE to do something really nice for you on our next day off of practice" and she agreed. No I'm not er anything, just being so busy its hard to make kissy face "date night" time with the woman.

You know, for a movie that so many people claimed they hated, this thread sure has a lot of activity!

It's a film that stays with you, even when you're frustrated with some of the character logic in it. I mean, the opening credits sequence has got to be one of the best openings to a film in a long, long while. It absolutely hooks you in, even if you've seen the film already. It just takes you by the throat and says, "get your ass ready."

The reason it stays with you is the questions it asks (and don't answer, but you can kind of figure it out as you watch it more and more) and the fact that it's probably the best looking film of the year.

I'm not going to call it heavy sci-fi, but the potential is there. It all depends on the sequel (which shouldn't really be the case).

I haven't seen a boatload of 3D movies at the theater, but I'd rank this one near the top (if not the top)

I saw that some time ago.. I figured they just listed it as locked because new Fox titles are usually locked.. I guess we will see
