Lol I remember your thread...sorry bud, I actually make it a point to be in the theater early for them. Rarely do I not make it into the theater to see all the trailers.

To be honest, there's plenty of logic issues in many films that many different people love. We just overlook them most of the time.

Point of fact - The big climax of Joss Whedon's Serenity operates on the basis of two dimensional thinking. But it doesn't bother many (including me) because it's an outrageously fun movie.

Yes, and that's not at all how you use "case in point" if that's what you were trying to say, LobsterPot.

I heard Toys R Us was selling these. Any ideas what retailers will carry them?

I pre-ordered mine on ebay. I don't even bother going to the stores here for NECA stuff.

I really hate the fact that 20th Century Fox is only putting the special featurette on the 3D version of the release. I'm not going to pay more for a 3D version that I am never going to watch.

It's almost as bad as how Buena Vista only releases the digital copy of movies and extra features on their 3D releases, like The Avengers, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tron, Fright Night. Paramount and Fox (used to) don't do that. They release their digital copies and the same features with both the 2D and 3D releases. From Blu-ray to Blu-ray 3D is not the same from DVD to Blu-ray. DVDs could be watched on Blu-ray players on HDTVs which made the transition from one to the other seamless. Blu-ray 3D requires getting a 3D capable player and TV.

People who don't have 3D capabilities shouldn't get the shaft on features.

While I don't own 3D, it's nice to have if I upgrade down the road. You can get this for $19.99 at BB with the $5 upgrade & save, which is the same price as a 2D release.

Same exact thing happened with DVD and Blu-Ray.. People really need to just accept that the company wants what will make it rich. They don't care wether we don't have 3D or Not, they just want the Money!

This is why almost everything goes to the most expensive bundle.
