a slight fib, but they are not allowed to question it.
It's defective, it gets replaced.

How can she still believe in god after all this?
Anything that dabbles with the creation of life is going to touch on religion. (In this case, about two lines) And Dr. Shaw said that something else created the Engineers (i.e. God) thus reinforcing her faith.

Did you honestly root for them, or even care what happens to them at all?

OK, but it doesn't have to be done this way. It could be more universal.

thats exactly how I felt when watching it, the other writer had much better ideas, then lindelof came along and was like 'its just me and ridly that did this film'??? I guess at least he is taking responsibilty for the the the complete Tosh they ended up with.

definatly worth it for the doc! but the film is a prime example of sparkly eye candy with no substance! the characters are hilarious. Bad writing!

Ridley is probably my fave director! so I can forgive him for this and Robin hood! everyone has to make a piece of crap sometime in their career! this is his!

The original script was great. I still can't believe they didn't go with it. It would have been an incredible prequel while also setting up for a separate Prometheus franchise. Instead we got this mess, brought to you by the man who didn't know how to end Lost properly.

Default Ultraviolet code

Anyone have an unused code for Prometheus. Trade that for EITHER A) Breaking Dawn Part One
OR
B) '' '' Part Two

Not promising anything but I do plan on using the coupon that came with Hitchcock to get $8 off a Fox title. I will most likely pick this up and if/when I do and you still don't have it. You are more than welcome to have mine as I don't use them. I'll hit you up when I get it.

She was the gypsy in the Sherlock Holmes sequel. Easy to overlook in that one.

And of course Lisbeth in Dragon Tattoo is anything but normal looking.

Agreed! I found the documentary utterly fascinating to watch! Great to see the creative process get in the way with the script! I still enjoyed the finished product, but yeah, agree that it could be far more cohesive and riveting if they stuck with the original screenplay!
