CRS, could you briefly explain the two deleted scenes titled our first alien and strange bedfellows? Thanks!

( just kidding )

movie tickets here are aprox 3 dollars ( in my currency which is highly devaluated, which means is worth almost nothing compared to let's say USD or EUR ) As I stayed before if you care to read my past posts paying attention is that I don't feel like expending 4-6 extra bucks for 1st: a extra disc I won't be using as I don't plan or care to have 3D technology at home, and 2nd: because I think it was a poor and greedy decision of fox not to include the extras on the 3D set for customers getting the 2D version. It's a personal decision, this set price I would think will come down sometime in the next couple of months to the same price or lower of the 2D version, then I will get it, again, I am not in a hurry when it comes to buy movies.
People has responded to my post as if I am trying to save some extra dollars for the bluray, it is not about that, is about not supporting some companies bad choices when releasing their products.

Never saw at the movies but saw the trailer at the movies lol I've seen mixed reviews but it seems like it's decent?

would the 3D version be worth it?

There may be some plot holes and may not answer all of the questions but I really enjoyed this movie. Can't wait to buy it day one! One of the best of the year and I think the sequel will answers a lot of questions!

The movie has got very polarized reviews, I liked it a lot, and I don't know about the 3D experience at home, but if you have the chance go see it at the movie theater, I thought this was the best looking 3D experience I had in the cinema, is flawless.

So many cool moments appear to be needlessly cut from the theatrical release.

It's frustrating.

They are still showing it here so I will go see it this weekend to appease my hunger to own it
I am a sucker for extras and extensive making up documentaries on bluray movies and it seems this bluray (3D version) has a lot of cool material.
Just out of curiosity, what country are in that ebay is not an option? I can understand why it being on 3d only would bother you, my guess is only that Fox must have a decent chunk of change invested in 3d technology so they are trying to promote the hell out of it. Its funny that you mention customer satisfaction though because they bigger slap in the face to the consumer is not releasing a directors cut. I think we all know there will definitely be a directors cut down the road (you even acknowledged that) so essentially they are anticipating us to buy this non directors cut version and then spend another 20-30 dollars once the directors cut finally drops. In the grand scheme of things, 5 dollars more for the bonus disc you want is the lesser of two evils of corporate greed.
