![]() For the time being Dolby Atmos/DTS:X is occupying my time. Have every thing in place for 7.2.4 except have not settled on a audio processor. At this time the Yamaha CX-A5100 is at the top of my list. |

![]() ![]() Anyway, your gravel/gold analogy with J.W. suggests you’re a thinkin man….at least to a degree, so keep those contributions coming! ![]() P.S. ![]() Come to think of it, I can work with that ‘gold’ thing, one moment while I produce a more valued item. Last edited by Penton-Man; 12-06-2015 at 05:40 PM. Reason: added a P.S. upon further thought |

True Gold from 1846…. I thinking ‘bouts 2 years prior to the beginning of the o-fficial start of the California gold rush -
![]() Sadly however, I don’t think you’ll ever appreciate the significance of this natural law and how it applies to what you’re capable of enjoying with your new HDR TV. But I’m willing to be surprised. ![]() |

![]() Sure the movie was shot on film stock (or film negative) But it was finished digitally - so it is DCI Intermediate - not actually film stock. I'm curious on what resolution was done the Visual and Special Visual Effects - 2K or 4K? And the most important question: it will be possible in the future to make 8K blu-ray version from that materials ![]() ![]() |
