Thanks to the users here that I saw posting about them, I purchased these. My only question is - are there any ones similar to this for G1 sized steelbooks and jumbo steelbooks?

Yes, VGBP has DVD (G1) sized cases.

Go with Steelbook-Central instead. They are better quality, cheaper and faster shipping.

They are cheaper, but I would disagree completely about being better quality. I mean if you like your steelbooks being stuck in there and having a hard time getting them out, then yeah I guess they "hold" them better. But I hate that about the ones from Steelbook Central. Plus, the flaps on the end are always so glitchy. They never go straight down and always prevent the steelbook from going all the way in. You have to slide the steelbook in from one end, open in the other end, push the steelbook all the way in, and then close it. It's kinda annoying really. That, and I also find the ones from Steelbook Central are more prone to creases in the plastic. Really aesthetically and physically unappealing.

The steel shells from blu steels take a while to arrive and are more expensive, but I feel they're worth it.

I got the SC2's and found them a little too tight for me to be comfortable with. Do they give overtime? Has anyone found they could scratch steelbooks being so tight, or?

Which version do you have? I just received the new sc2's that have the protective barrier that you pull off. The ones that are only open on one side. I think they are a little bigger then the first ones that they had. Only by a couple mm mind you. But I didnt feel they were too tight.

That's the one I have. Hmmm, maybe I'll find some variation in them and it's just the first that's been particularly tight, I've not constructed any others yet.

What can we use for Plain Archive and Nova Media releases?

I also need some poly sleeves for my Disney amaray's to protect the slips. Any help is appreciated!

100 shipped = $0.89 per case
50 shipped = $1.26 per case
30 shipped = $1.27 per case
20 shipped = $1.47 per case.

Also picked up 20 of the SCF2s. They only sell in 10s so had to grab 2x 10s but saved $4 on shipping when checking out. Worked out to $1.80 per case.
WOOT! ordered on the 14th...arrived on the 20th. UK to US in less than 6 days.

The SCF2's can just about fit Blufans Transformers Art C. It's snug but not horrible to get in and out. Will try some PA, Nova and Kimchi's tomorro.

I've put my HMV Thor with J-card in an SCF1 and it fits awesome.

Light was bad tonight so couldn't take many pics. Got of both steelbooks together. I'll do more tomorrow.

I wonder how the SCF2 will fit the CA1 blufans? It's slightly thinner than the rest.

I ordered some jumbo steel shells with my SCF2's and hopefully the UE Frozen will fit in them.

The SCF2's are hit and miss. It fits PERFECTLY on my Wrestler full slip from KimchiDVD but is very loose on the lenticular slips like Dallas Buyers Club, Drive, The Pianist, etc. And I recently ordered the Her full slip and heard that it doesn't quite fit in them, which is very disappointing since I figured it'd be virtually the same dimensions as The Wrestler.

I'm surprised nobody has made something specifically for KimchiDVD lenti's and full slips. Seeing as how the SCF2's are made with Blufans in mind. SCF3 needs to happen, and be for Kimchi. I'm curious about Nova and PA's. So hard to find the right sizes

Ha, realized I made a typo. My Wrestler full slip is from PA, not KimchiDVD. My bad. It's the only PA release in my collection. Which needs to end. COME HERE ZDT!

But it fits perfectly in my SCF2, which comes as no surprise since it is PA after all.

Haha I didn't even realize that myself.. It's late.

I actually just ordered the Wrestler keep case full slip (How is that still in stock???) So I'm happy to hear it fits! Wonder if that means other releases like Rust and Bone will fit. And ZDT

So my above order arrived and I've had chance to try a few out.

The smaller ones are the SCF1s. I easily fit in the steelbooks with paper j-cards and card j-cards. I could also fit in Kimchi Lenticular slips (HER and ESOTSM) but only if the shrink wrap was off. With the shrink wrap, they just didn't want to go in.

The Larger ones are the SCF2s. Didn't have any trouble fitting in the Full slips pictured before. I found if I tried to put them in with the shrink wrap, they'd fit but it tugged on the shrink wrap making it look bad. I open my steelbooks anyhow so removed the shrink wrap (as one whole piece) and just placed it inside the steelbook as they have the stickers on them.

Kimchi Lenticular slilp:

Card J-card or 1/4 slip

Paper J-card
(folded over at top so it's not seen from front)

Full Paper Slip (KimchiDVD)

Full PET Slip (Plain Archive)

Full Lenticular Slip (Blufans)

Better get working on the many, many more I have.

I was hoping you could use Paypal on Steelbookcentral, but you can't. So my only shot at these is Ebay I guess?

Jude72, these look great. By chance, did you try your CA1 Lenti in an SCF2 yet? I heard that one wasn't fitting... and I'm guessing mine wouldn't either since the slip box is a bit crooked.
