So, I’ve read through almost 100 pages of this thread and still not sure what I need since I’ve never purchased covers before. What is best for sealed Marvel movie steelbooks from Best Buy, Zavvi, and Amazon.de, Amazon.it? What about sealed and unsealed of the Zavvi lenticular Ant Man and the Wasp? Finally, what fits sealed and unsealed Marvel TV well like Agents of Shield, Agent Carter?

I use SC3 for sealed/unsealed + card BB and Zavvi steelbooks. My sealed PotC trilogy and Agent Carter Zavvi steelbooks fit perfectly into the SC3 and are not too tight or loose. Unsealed BB [Marvel] steels can be a smidge loose even with the card (the card isn't loose but the sb is) but I'm not confident a smaller protector size will fit both the sb and card together. (Noticed this with Black Panther and Thor: Ragnarok.) The only BB sealed steelbook that was snug in the SC3 was Guardians Vol. 1. |

My Agent Carter is just the Zavvi Season 2 sealed steelbook. Not sure if the German complete series steel is bigger or not. But unless the steelbook is "jumbo", it's likely they stacked the discs which typically still fit in the standard steelbook size. So the complete series of Agent Carter should be the same size as the individual seasons. I have a steelbook or 2 that are unsealed with no j-card that fit fine in the SC3, I just make sure not to swing it around so it doesn't slide out accidentally. It sounds like you're after the same solution I was so if you're only buying 1 size "fits all/most", the SC3 and SCF3 will work for what you're looking for. |

Marvel steelbooks from Best Buy, Zavvi - no problem. I never really thought about SCF3 being taller (maybe they are a hair taller...?) but mainly the sizes up from SCF1 to SCF3 to SCF2 are mainly about how "chubby" the steelbook is. SCF3 is for slightly fatter steelbooks and SCF2 for even more.... (The confusing part is that SCF2 is bigger (fatter) than SCF3.....so it goes (in order of skinny to fat) SCF1, SCF3, SCF2....) I recommend getting at least a (10) pack of every size to have in your arsenal - so then you will get a handle on which sizes you need and use most. I think I have used every size. SCF1 and SCF2 are usually my most used. But A lot of premiums have called for some of the newer sizes like SCF4 (Blufans), SCF9 (HDZETA box sets), SCF7 (FilmArena Box sets), SCF11 (FilmArena big Lenticulars), SCF8 (HDZETA Lenticulars)..... And are the fully enclosed videogamebox ones easy to remove for non sealed steelbooks? |

I would say that it won't fit sealed steels that have fold-around j-cards like the ones we've been getting from Best Buy here recently. Or if it does fit, you'll have to force them in. I've been unwrapping them to get the glue off the j-card and then putting them into the sleeves, and there's hardly any wiggle-room. Completely unsealed, naked steels with no card will fit inside with quite a bit of extra room. It should be simple to remove them |

So I played around with this a little tonight and without effort it’ll fit sealed BBY Captain America 4K steels and Dunkirk 4K steelbook from Zavvi. If you tried really hard it might fit Blufans 1/4 slip like CoCo. But that’s at a possible risk of tearing something. The recent Black Panther lenticular steel from Zavvi wouldn’t fit. So it really depends on how thick the j-cards are.

Hulk fits just fine because it has the crappy j-cards. The rest of the MCU Lentis have the thicker one front and back and it’s just at the same thickness of the opening. You’d split the sleeve more than likely if you tried to make it fit |
