Opening steelbooks, ooh the madness,I think some people should start asking for the disc to be sent outside the precious casing.

Well I buy I to watch the movie so it would seem like a waste if I didn't open it. I try to keep really good care of them tho.

Out of curiosity how much did 65 shells cost. I couldn't seem to find the price for them on the site or see them on eBay. Do they ship to the states?

I think it was about 53 euro, inc postage, to Ireland

Their site is not the easiest to navigate, being a German company and all. They do ship to Canada at least so I assume also the US. The 65 SteelShell pack sells for 44.99 EU + 9.99 EU shipping to Canada. I assume the price on shipping is comparable to the price for the US.

Converting to Canadian that's $72.93. The US would be about a dollar cheaper due to better exchange rate.

Definitely not cheap, but look much more appealing to bags (to me) and that is about $20 cheaper then the same 65 Steelshell pack on eBay though.

So for 44,99 € you get 65? I'm confused because underneath all of them it says 25?

Yeah the website isnt very clear at all, its full of spellingmistakes, and things incorrectly labelled.
I was a bit confused by that as well, but when going through to purchase, it was definitely for 65,

I use these. Can't even notice the steelbooks are protected when they sit on the shelf. All but the side you open the steelbook are protected and something is wrong if you are damaging that part anyway! Makes it easy to take the steelbook out having that one small opening.

They are pretty good but just see them as quite expensive when the likes of 100 poly bags are about £5 all in...

That's true. I suppose I just see it as a good investment when I don't own hundreds of steelbooks. I don't mind paying a little bit for good cases every ten steelbooks.

I wish i had bought them as i go along but like you say i have 120 to get and that would be a touch to pricey for me.

Yeah that would be costly. All I can recommend is perhaps asking for a discount? A lot of these guys do really good discounts if you are buying quite a few. You could always just buy a couple of packs and then buy some more later instead of all at once. 120 is beastly though !

anyone who has order blu-steels steelshells...how long has it taken to receive them? i ordered mine and paid on 2/23 and it is now 3/26. Ebay said I have until 4/8 to fill a complaint out about not receiving or getting damaged items, that time is rapidly approaching.

It is very slow but hopefully his response means they will be with you soon and save you the hassle of a dispute.
