I actually have 200 so rather than do this I started a thread here https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...85#post9464485 to get rid of them.

I also have about 200 blu steel steel shells available. Pm me if interested. Same price 50 for 50 shipped. Only to U.S. Addresses. All are sealed. I just overbought.

I'm new to these protective slipcovers, and am still trying to decide how to try out first ..

I'd say since most of my steels are open (some with jcards), I'll probably try out blu-steels (I'll place a small order first) ...

I just don't know for sure how they compare with the SC3 and those PS3/PS4 slips that were discussed a few pages back ?

Also, and coupons which I can use on blu-steels website to sweeten the deal ?

The PS3/PS4 are the fully-enclosed sleeves? IMO those are a little bit loose for opened, naked steels. There's some front-to-back wiggle room in there. The blu-steels sleeves are a bit tighter. I'd say get the 25 pack off eBay or check with lizardslayer or the other member who said they wanted to sell theirs off.

I like them aswell. Haven't got problems with the orders yet.
I tried fitting a Steelbook with a J-Card inside the steelshell but that's a little bit difficult though.

I've used the fully enclosed PS3/PS4 types and they definitely can accommodate J-cards without any problems. Personally, I like the fact that they're fulling enclosed, but it's really a matter of personal taste.

Steelshells I bought from petedogg are working out great for thin J-cards, anything that has a thinker cardboard J card or a U card is usually a no-go, so I just remove it and keep them in a box.

Most steelbooks look way better with the J card removed anyway.

Hi all, There's a seller on ebay keep_em_minty that sells protector sleeves. The PS3/PS4 work great on opened steelbooks, works out to about $1.00 per sleeve. Also he has Jumbo sleeves for about $29.00 for 25. Tried them out on my sealed Star Trek The Next Generation Jumbos & they work OK. The width & thickness are close...only the height is off about 3/4 Inch above the steelbook...It does not bother me & these are the cheapest i have found. The jumbo sleeves are listed as Japanese N64 protectors. Hope this helps!

Those are the SteelShell from blu-steels. Pending on where you live and the ebay shipping prices, it might be cheaper to order from their site http://www.blu-steels.com/

It was for me last time I checked.

So I ordered these SteelShells from blu-steels website and payment went through and everything but no email yet about the product being dispatched. I guess this is pretty common from this seller judging by previous posts.

I can't remember if I got an email saying product dispatched, but I know for sure you can trust him. Mine arrived in a few days after my order.

Yes! Be careful if you order a very large quantity because the packaging doesn't survive the trip sometimes. Just sayin'
