a majority of the steelshells i have are from group buys/other members... but was out again, and had no choice but to deal with him... lol...

So I picked some of the SCF2 and SCF1 slips from SteelbookCentral to cover my Drive, Pianist, and Wrestler Korean copies based on recommendations that they'd fit. The Wrestler is very loose inside the SCF2 and all my other versions don't fit in the SCF1. Felt like I was about to ruin the lenticular slips because I was trying to force them in so hard.

I also ordered some stands from them as well and they don't work on any steelbook that is covered in a case. It has to be naked for it to stand up against it. Not sure if the plastic sleeve makes them slide down and not stay upright or what, but it's very disappointing. I feel like I wasted an entire order.

I get my Steelbook protectors from eBay. They average about $11 for 10 plastic sleeves, and if you order more than that, then you'd get closer to around $1 each. They work great. I receive them in about a week. The plastic is so smooth and slick, and it's a nice appearance. Thinking of doing this for some Blu-ray slipcover editions (non-steelbook) that need protecting as well.

If I remember correctly, they do not. But I can check when I get home to make sure since I have some spares. I'm thinking the 1/4 slip of Thor would fit but not the lenti slip

I just placed another order for 25 steel shells from blu-steel.com. They are $1 each shipped to Texas from Germany, and I always receive them in less than 2 weeks.

They fit like a glove. I just ordered some more cuz I ran out. I can post pics of ya want.

Is your steelbook opened or sealed?

It don't matter. I have both open and sealed and they fit fine. Very tight but won't damage getting it in and out. I just put my 2 GotG Novamedia in them and very pleased

Thanks! Just tested my sealed Thor 2 and I would say it fits like a glove that is one size too small. Once the sleeve is on there, I wouldn't want to take it off again.

Yep once it's in there I just leave the slip in and cut open the top and the SteelBook slides right out

Yes. That's what they work best on. They can only handle sealed steels with not very thick j-cards/slips

yeah sorry i ment sealed steelbooks but thanks for the info. Probably best if i order elsewhere then if i wanna be sure to fit my sealed steels in them

I use Steel shells aswell. Will post some pictures for you tomorrow with a sealed and unsealed one inside
