I read a message the other day on the website that said they'd be back the 19th tomorrow due to some break. Could be that.

Ok, I'm back with another review.

I previously did the VideoGameBoxProtectors: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...8#post10433998

SteelbookCentrals SCF1's: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...9#post10439149

Along with a comparison of both: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...8#post10439158

Now I've got the SCF2's, also from SBC.

I ordered these on May 11, received them today on the 18th. UK to USA in a week. Same as before, they arrived in a mailer (I got a pack of 10), each with the plastic protective wrapping.

Here it is, ready to be folded. I am testing it on on the HDZeta King Kong Steelbook that comes with a detached lenti, along with book and steel within the slip.:

It slides in nicely:

Here it is, fully enclosed:

Spine view:

When tucked to the bottom and right side, you can see the small space available on the top and side:

SCF2 compared to an SCF1.

Height difference:

Depth difference:

I think they go together nicely:

This is the only large sized steelbook package I have so far, so I'm not sure on the size difference between this and some blufans or kimchi releases yet.

Hope these reviews have helped.

The SCF2s also fit Novamedia, John Wick which was a little roomy even when sealed and Blufans TMNT. Novamedias Avengers Fullslips also fit in a similar way to the Blufans Lenti's (see pic), a little squeeze but still fit.

[Show spoiler]

I'm kind of going on thickness here of the Novamedia Avengers Lenti as it is much thinner than Blufans Lenti's or Fullslips of either Blufans or Nova, but wont fit inside a SCF1 as is still thicker than a normal steel with a j-card and sealed.

[Show spoiler]

Guess I will try one more time. Blufans TMNT and the other 2 OAB's are a tiny bit snug but fit just fine, I wouldn't put anything much bigger in myself. I have no idea how you got CA 1 and 2 and Thor 1 to close in the SCF2 without damaging it?
Does the case bulge out a little bit? It sort of looks like it curves in the picture but is hard to tell. Anyway you could take a picture of the back of the case, would be helpful? Maybe I'm just not as brave as you because it felt like to much force trying to put CA 1 in there and didn't see the point of trying CA 2 or Thor 1.
I didn't have time to try doing my copies of Avengers but I will try if you got them to fit. Yeah all 3 versions on John Wick fit but the 1/4 Slip and Lenti move around a little bit in the case but that's not a problem, the Full Slip fills out the case better.

That is an excellent diagram Threat. There are not that many non jumbo titles that will not fit in either the SCF1 or 2 cases, sealed or not. Including Nova Media, Kimichi, and Blufans

Can anyone point out where to buy some sleeves for the jumbo steelies? For The Walking Dead Seasons steelbooks in particular. Or if a boardie might have a few spares they are willing to sell. Please let me know

Finally got them today, man these guys are slow! It took more than two weeks to prepare and ship to the Netherlands, which is located right next to Germany where the SteelShells are shipped from. These are still quality products, and I'm very happy with them, but sadly their service leaves much to be desired.

So what sizes would I need for John Wick full slip, John Wick lenticular, and John Wick 1/4 slip since they're all different sizes? Same with GOTG Nova lenticular, and Fury Japan? They all seem to be thick, but different sizes? Btw, they're all sealed since I don't want to open them

Thanks

I've never scratched a lenti......but the Lenti has marked the plastic case on some of the tighter fit ones. Really not sure how the actual movie would get scratched from these cases. 90% of my Blufans, Nova and Kimchis are stored in SCF1s, 2s or VGBPs (the rest don't fit) and I've not had any issues.

Steelbook Central SCF2s for John Wick full. The SCF1s will let you slide in some lenticulars. I got one of my GOTG Lentis in one, the other won't fit. The ones from VideoGameBoxProtectors are very slightly bigger than the SCF1s but still tight for some Nova/Kimchi Lentis. I don't have Fury Japan but I'm guessing SCF2 should be fine.

In this thread I believe, a few weeks back. Some members reported their lentis got scratched by them, I don't think they said how. Maybe the edges?
