Crank: only forced french subtitle when selecting english track; no subtitle when selecting french audio track.

Yes it does, like every TF1 Vidéo release with some original audio other than French. Unless you play it on your computer with a program that'll allow you to remove them during playback.

As a blu-ray community, we should tell TF1 that it is a stupid idea for them to be putting forced French sub on their releases. They would surely have lost some/lots potential sales due to the forced sub.

Well the good thing is that most of the TF1 releases have already had previous releases. So you can always just switch out the disc. Even Pulp Fiction, had I believe it was a Dutch release (???) I have it I will have to check.

Watched this the other day and some of the specs are wrong on the back of the case. Firstly, it's not 1hour 28, more like 2hours 28! secondly, it's 2.35:1 not 1.85:1. You think they would take more care with this kinda thing!

Yeah, I wasn't getting at you, just pointing out that the specs on the cover art are wrong.

Don't use the Amazon.fr website anymore to buy this steelbook, you'll receive a plastic Amaray-case. I know because I did

France Pulp Fiction French Steelbook

Are the special features found in this steelbook the same as the ones from the 2 disc collector's edition DVD?

Kudos to TF1 for a beautiful video transfer of a great film! Nice audio as well. Shame about the forced French subs though. I wonder if the Disney blu ray will be the same or better than this steelbook edition.
