I would snap up both Maximum Overdrive and The Car on pre-order day if TT were to licence those. I suspect both would sell really well for TT. Maximum Overdrive would certainly sell out quickly. The Car would sell well but I do not know if it would sell out before release though.

You can add Dr. Strangelove to that list. The Blu is currently OOP in the U.S. but still available in other markets.

I don't think there is a set date yet but a number of people are saying that it's most likely coming out around October.

TT said 4 titles will be re-released in 2015 and Christine was one of them, like Hellraiserfan said there is no release date yet.

Probably because the original blu-ray release was in March 2013. The three year window of the original deal would not expire until 2016, so I'm guessing Christine will be released in the early part of that year? I don't know why they would be so coy about it, but that's my assumption.
