Almost went with Bye Bye Birdie over another title in my order, but just couldn't do it in the end despite it being likely sold out very soon.

And very nearly went with The Bounty as I remember really liking that movie. The same with Radio Days. But I had to cut off my cart at some point. And I'm thinking/hoping the latter 2 titles will be available down the line.

Same here, I had it in my cart then took it out....it would have been a blind buy but after watching the trailer it just looked too weird for me

I'm surprised too. I can only speculate it was because a lot of people were snapping up sales titles anyway. Ordinarily I would think this would have lasted a bit longer.

My rule when it comes to TT titles is that I won't open a new release I buy from them until 2 or 3 months after I get it, just in case they do a signed promo of that title afterwards. Thus, if I want to go after the signed one like I did today, my earlier purchase will still be sealed and I will be able to sell it for pretty much what I bought it for. Sometimes it's hard to resist opening it and watching it right away though, and if it's only a few dollars difference to resell an opened one compared to a sealed one, I can understand why others can't resist as it's not that big of a difference.
