Got my order in at 4:01PM. Went ahead and got The Driver and 4 others along with the free one. These TT titles are like Lays potato chips. You just can't have only one. I was close to buying a total of 8 but wiser heads in the house prevailed. Do they have these signed promos every month? If not, about how many do they usually have in a year?

They've been having them once a month for a long time now (a couple of months they had two, but that was when they were transitioning away from the pre-order days). So, yeah, if you have four other titles you want, you might be best to wait until next month and use them for another freebie.

I forgot about this, but it was still up after 35 minutes. Went ahead and got it along with a couple of the low quantities and new releases. Win win.

Jean's autographed copies are still showing as available. She's not exactly being grabbed up.

I was extremely busy in 1978, so I missed a lot of films. The Driver was one of those. Well, after just watching a 12+ minute car chase scene on You Tube, I ordered myself a copy. Looking forward to it.

I appreciate you Twilight Time !

I don't think it's a referendum on the film's quality. I think it's more a case of folks probably figuring they won't receive their copy until just before Memorial Day.

I think that a lot of people don't get how rare it is to get a Pamela Franklin signature.

Held out and waited on First Men in the Moon, Journey to the Center of the Earth, The Story of Adele H, and Zardoz. Glad I waited on them this time. Getting an autographed freebie of Prime along with those other 4 titles effectively acted as another good "sale" ($6 off per title).

It's not exactly flying off the shelves but if you want the autographed copy you need to hurry. Cart trick shows it's down to 17 left now.

Memorial Day? That would be optimistic. I'm thinking more like Labor Day.

TT also said on Facebook that a Robert Aldrich is coming.

Flight of the Phoenix?
Vera Cruz?
The Dirty Dozen?

Or maybe ..

What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?

Why would you buy a WEHTBJ or Dirty Dozen TT? They are out already..

I didn't check what was out. Just throwing up Aldrich titles. I'd say Flight of the Phoenix would be a good bet.

Emperor of the North Pole would be my pick.

Possibly. But my opinion is it has less to do with shipping speed than it has to do with many Twilight Time fans having recently purchased a lot of titles at $10 off during their anniversary sale...and thus lots of wallets with cobwebs in them right now.

Update - down to 9 copies left now.

Yep, I have those very cobwebs you're talking about. I still think down the line (possibly May?) there's going to be an Oliver Stone autographed "U Turn" promotion...that is when I will knock the dust and cobwebs out of my wallet.
