It's not like they're awful, but I'll come clean. I wasn't thrilled to hear Twilight Time got these films, because Kino, Shout!, and Olive have all been releasing titles from the same pool of MGM-owned AIP titles. Only they offer extras, new art, and are willing to discount their cover prices.

I got an email from SAE giving me a one time use code for 10% off my next order since I had stuff in my cart/wishlist for a long time. The code expires on August 10th and I'm not planning on buying anything from them before then, so if anyone is placing an and would like the code just shoot me a PM.

The code should work on TT titles, but if it doesn't, send an email to SAE and they should take the discount off after you place it. I've had that happen before with a code I used that came with TT titles I ordered from their Amazon account using credit card rewards.

It's a generic code (wish080415)although it may only work for those that already had something in their cart/wishlist when the email was sent out.

I had 3 titles in my cart and have managed to add a couple more and get 10% off all of them, so will try with the free disk tomorrow night.

I'm assuming if a person try's the 10% code on 5 TT items to get the Free Autographed Copy you may not get it? reason being the $149.75 total is then $134.78 so makes it ineligible...am I wrong?

That's a pretty safe bet, you'd have to order 6 titles w/ discount to qualify for the free title.

So if you were to try it with just 5 titles + the promo would the order go through anyway but without the freebie, or would the entire order get blocked/refused?

The order would go through regardless. You can even order the free title by itself and the order would go through since their site isn't that sophisticated. However, SAE usually cancels any orders which don't meet the minimum requirements of the promo.

EDIT: Confirmed with SAE that the total has to be $149.75 after discount or in other words a minimum of 6 titles.

You won't qualify for the free promo according to Katie. You might want to call and see if you can adjust your order if you already placed it and only had 5 titles w/ discount.

That's what I did! Added a sixth title so that I could apply the 10% off code. Managed to snag the signature!

I contacted SAE about the autographed promo deal since I had placed an order with only 5 TT (149.75) titles and used the 10% off code and they said they would be honoring those orders with the free promo this time around because a lot of people had ordered that way and it's not specified in the promo details about the 10% discount affecting the deal.
