And my order of 12 titles from May 10th (735XX) has just shipped. 8 of them had since sold out, but it shipped complete. Keep the faith folks!

Received my order from May 10. 40 titles to Canada. 5 cancellations. 6 broken cases. No customs fees. No paperwork at all was included. Should I be worried? Hoping Gun Fury is one of the returning titles.

Only 2,000 lower than my order number. I might start to get my hopes up!

Whoa. So bizarre how they are shipping these out. That 2000 number kind of piques my interest. I didn't get my order in until 5 hours after the sale went live. If you ordered anytime close to it going live...well that's 400 orders per hour, or 6.67 orders per minute or...1 order every 9 seconds! Holy smokes!

I ordered Monday the 11. But Sunday was when they got the bulk of the orders.

Ahhh. Thought I detected some sarcasm there and figured you order number was around 715XX. That's the internet for ya'! Definitely keep up hope. They'll get to it!

The very first sale order I placed, a really random one before you all got me hooked, #214xxx, shipped on April 20th, showed up today on my doorstep.
I can't wait to watch Edge of Eternity!

Thank you!

I'm glad I had faith in those TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK notes and didn't pay ebay prices.

Screen Archives has a single set of 5 clear cases. Are these the same as the transparent 1-disc Blu-ray case that was sold out on Twilight Time's website?

I'd actually forgotten about that label. Glad to know it actually meant something.

The Hot Rock was the other -- I wonder if it's coming back too

I'll let you know. That's the other thing I ordered with The Long Hot Summer.

They certainly look like them, so I hope so.

Tried to find out why I was getting the other emails but not the newsletters, but TT was unable to determine why. I have mostly no issues with TT's other emails (order confirmations, the "Important Update" emails, etc), no issues with my junk folder, and although TT thought I wasn't subscribed to the newsletter, their website subscription system definitely believes I am (since 5/10).

I ordered a couple of the 5-packs as well in my latest SAE order after realizing I should have ordered some from TT, and I think they are cheaper at SAE too. Order shows shipped on the 12th but as of today, USPS doesn't have it yet - will see when they arrive!

I’m sorry they are folding, but I’m glad to have been a loyal customer of theirs from start to finish.

I wish everyone the best of luck in getting your orders fulfilled.
And I echo the professor. I have been with TT since The Egyptian and Mysterious Island, right to the bitter end. I had thought that I bought all of their titles that I really needed, but I then bought over 30 more in the current sale. My last order has yet to ship, but it will soon enough. I already have literally dozens of TT titles that I have yet to look forward to watching, as I am quite backlogged. TT is one label that seemed to delight in bringing unique and classic films to my attention, and I am grateful for it. Twilight Time, as far as I am concerned, had a great and glorious run.

So for all of you who have been receiving orders, have you started watching them yet?

I’ve watched 8 titles so far, all blind buys (as are all my orders), and I’ve enjoyed every one of them. Can’t wait for the weekend to watch more! The hard part is choosing what to watch next, I’m spoiled for choice!

I'm slowly making my way through them. Sunday night I watched Behold a Pale Horse, a Gregory Peck picture I had never heard of before. He plays a Spanish fighter living in exile in France 20 years after Franco took over, and Anthony Quinn is a police chief who wants to lure him back when his mother is dying in hospital, and kill him. Omar Sharif is a Catholic priest who risks his neck to warn the atheist fighter. It has its moments, the actors are all good, but it just isn't as good as any of the other puctures any of them (including director Fred Zinnemann) did around the same time.

Thanks for the tip! I missed out on that one, so I ordered it this morning, along with DON'T BOTHER TO KNOCK.

Oh yes. I'm also finally screening some TT blus that I've had forever but never got around to viewing before quarantine. Every title I have from them feels more precious now, especially anything from FOX, for obvious reasons.

Additionally, I'm grateful for the few titles I have from them that have gone on to receive MOD re-releases from studios like Sony sans the full color disc artwork or essay booklet.

Remember the early DVD days when disc artwork was always a given? Thanks Disneeee for starting the trend among studios of dropping it to save $$

My biggest order has finally shipped. I don't think I have any left unshipped.
Only one titles removed weeks ago. Good.
