I'm sure glad I imported it to the US some months back. My lack if patience for once has paid off.

I was planning on importing the German release of China Syndrome as well, but when I searched for it last night on this site I discovered that it has also been released here in Norway. Saved me a few bucks compared to ordering it from Getmany.

Watching Train and think it looked a bit cleaner on the PBS station last month. Nice sharp detail. Very happy with the commentaries. Sounds along the rail bring out the steam without hiding the dialog(English: DTS-HD Master Audio, 48kHz) Waiting on a reject notice because I submitted the Audio using what this site has available.

Like a few others have mentioned, I too am disappointed still no definitive word on a date for Harryhausen's "First Men In The Moon." The HD broadcast looks very good and FMITM boasts one of the best non-Bernard Herrmann scores of any Harryhausen which I'd love to have as an isolated audio track (one of the few things I really like about TT releases).

Any word on if "Equus" is getting low in stock? I'm still waiting for the three Harryhausen movies that TT can bring to us. With Mill Creek doing the 20 Million Miles to Earth/It Came From Beneath the Sea double feature I wonder if they could release some more Harryhausen?

I just watched The Train with the Nick Redman commentary, and was very pleased to hear (although this might have been made public before but I never heard it) that Birdman of Alcatraz is on the Twilight Time schedule for later this year.

Great spot. I had thought this one would end up with Kino, but it's just good to hear it's coming.

I would not worry about that one. I am sure there are plenty left .

Yeah...but probably not more than 2900 copies remaining (2975 at the most).

Seems as though the Scandinavian release has English artwork. I've been eyeballing this one and it looks like it might be even cheaper than the German release anyway (depending on shipping charges). The back cover shows regions A/B/C. I don't really understand why a UK release hasn't been planned yet even though Philadelphia seemed to get a release in many countries through Sony. Why not The China Syndrome?

Only 45 minutes in and I'm really enjoying the informative Kirgo, Redman and Lem Dobbs commentary on Thunderbolt.

I just sort of assumed there'd always be an MGM around to release it.
I was just about to break down and place an order for Crimes and Misdemeanors and Broadway Danny Rose when I was hit with the prospect of having to shell out ~$500 for all 15 prospective TT/Allen titles.

Or you could just trade in 1700 "The Commitments" soundtracks.
