It is told in a straightforward docu-drama style that is well done. One of my top gangster flicks and an accurate re-telling of the most notorious mob hit in history. |

It's 4:30, and I am watching the site update now, one-by-one the sale is being removed. For a minute, it looked like they were leaving it on the under $10 ones, but no. Although "Guess Who's Coming To Dinner" looks to be officially re-priced, presumably because of the forthcoming non-limited release to compete with.

Well, that was fun. I've added 23 titles to my TT stash, counting only sale titles (including a copy of Mississippi Burning from TT's website at the sale price).
And 20 more titles ended up sold out, for a current total of 62 sellouts, out of 249 titles total. |

Here are the TT release announcements for March and April, courtesy of the Home Theater Forum. Thanks goes to them for posting this on their site.
As always, out of respect for their exclusive sneak-peak announcement window, I will not be updating the first post of this thread until TT officially announces these titles on their Facebook page sometime later today. March: Baby Boom isn't really my cup of tea, but the others are solid, especially Our Man in Havana. April: Man! Another Woody Allen, a Billy Wilder, a William Wyler (with Audrey Hepburn), a Peter Yates (written by William Goldman), and a Fred Astaire/Rita Hayworth classic. |

A Couple years ago I would have been seriously happy about Peyton Place finally getting a release.
But I've seen what's gone on with some of Fox's recent masters, which seem to be solely the victim of some colorist whose seriously enamored with a certain look (no other way to explain why even something like 9 To 5 now has odd T&O bias to much of it). I'm fully expecting another unwatchable, wall-to-wall teal and orange riot like Best Of Everything. Last edited by Mose Harper; 12-10-2016 at 09:44 AM. |
