(Copied from a posting I saw on Facebook. Also mentioned in the article are other films released by Twilight Time, including Brannigan, 10 Rillington Place and Guess Who's Coming to Dinner.)
***** Fifty years ago this month, “To Sir, with Love” was released in the U.S. With a little help from Judy Geeson (Miss Dare) and Christian Roberts (Denham) we look back at making the film and more from their careers. Charlotte, Kiss of Death and The Boston Strangler are all high on the wish list, but I'm not sure if I should wait and try to get them in that $15 range down the line.

I picked up a few titles that I had been waiting on too:
Titus Anastasia The Panic in Needle Park I considered Peyton Place and Inferno 3D but decided to wait a little longer. I'm looking forward to seeing an early Pacino that I haven't seen and that I caught a clip of during the last Kennedy Center Honors. I've always loved Bergman so the price felt right, and Titus I've seen before and felt it deserved a re-watch. I remember the film being nothing like what I had expected. |

The films I would compare it to are Eleni (1985) or Daniel (1983). |

Jason Robards is pretty great in "Julia", there's a reason he won a second consecutive Oscar that year. If you're a fan of him, he's definitely a supporting part so he's not in the whole thing, but it's worth watching at least once just for him. Other performances are good too, of course.

Black Widow has to be one of the most frustrating films ever made for me. I see such great potential for this film that could've made it one of the best and sexiest neo noir thrillers ever but it just didn't have the courage to go through with what it should have between Theresa Russell and Debra Winger unfortunately (which was obviously there) and also completely dropping the male romantic interest in Hawaii. If it would have I would have bought this first thing on it's release date.
