I am going to unload both my NOTLD90 on ebay, but I will put a disclaimer that it has a controversial changed look authorised by the DP. I am more of a golden years of Hollywood fan so I can live without the 80's & 90's horror titles until they get a better release.

Yeah the review NOLD90 Is not really fair to me. I have seen it and no way do i think its just a 2.5 maybe a 3.5 Thats like saying some of those crappy lions gate titles like Young Guns has a better transfer than NOLD90.

Ok bad example with Young Guns how about Terminator 3 star transfer and thats better than NOLD. If thats the case then maybe i need to go to the eye doctor cause thats not what i was looking at. I think NOLD Should of got a 3.5 to be fair.

I only read the audio and video subsections (it must be placed elsewhere)?

This harcore fan would give it a 1.5 or a 2.

I could absolutely see finer detail in some shots than on the DVD....but the blue wash just ruins their efforts. Just my opinion.....which I'm sure some of you have read a few dozen times by now. Sorry. LOL.

The hysteria was mostly amongst a small minority of very vocal fans. I've owned this film in every home video incarnation and consider the TT release a very solid effort. The problem is many will simply see the score and skip the actual review, thinking the BD looks like garbage.

Actually, TT has said on their FB page that anyone who still wants a copy should contact them ASAP. There have been returns, you know. I know for a fact that 9 copies (only one opened) have arrived in SAE's offices less than an hour ago. . . .
