I'm one of the five people who still orders Twilight Time titles on day one, but I'm happy to do so.

I went for the full meal deal this time, and pre-ordered...

Yanks
Untamed
Beat the Devil
The Return of Frank James

I was initially going to leave Yanks out, but I had a change of heart, because the Richard Gere movies circa late 1970s to early 1980s that I've seen so far are all golden.

I was planning to go for all four, but decided that I could wait for Yanks. On the other hand, I added a couple of November titles to the order: The True Story of Jesse James (seemed like a good companion to The Return of Frank James, and...Nicholas Ray) and Oklahoma Crude.

This'll be the first time in a very long time that I've ordered Day One. The March selection looks like another one.

Looks like I`m one of the five too. I ordered all four titles initially but when I didn`t get the bundle deal of $5.00 off per title, I cut back to just Beat the Devil and The Return of Frank James and used the 5OFF2019 deal.

I heard that SAE may not be doing their 7 for $70 anymore . Cannot confirm that is 100% true or not .

I think if they do away with that then that's a huge mistake unless they are just going to have 28 titles or whatever amount they had before as just a permanent $10 rate each which then likely hurt their ability to sell out of slower moving titles faster .

Does anyone else have an opinion on this if they remove their 7 for $70 ?

By the way if anyone know that they are keeping the 7 for $70 please correct me in that . I would be happy to be wrong in this matter .

If they get rid of the 7/70 and replace it with $10 titles -- great. I was never able to use the 7/70 b/c they were never more than 1 or 2 I didn't have. If they did a 4/30 or 6/40 permanent $8-10 each for the oldest 40 titles lor even rotated the selections in smaller increments it seems like it would make more sense. The long lasting 7/70 with 20 titles or less that remained pretty much the same forever seemed to make less and less sense -- everybody who was going to buy had already bought. That especially becomes and issue when several of those titles then are $7 each

I'd be pretty ambivalent if this is true. I bought that bundle once and got a couple good titles out of it and a couple that were one and done titles I flipped on e-Bay. If they're desperate to get rid of those titles, just offer each one at a permanent reduced rate instead of having to buy a bundle, that way if someone is only interested in one or two, they can simply just buy those one or two titles.

I'll still do it for titles I know I must have.

For years now I've been using every other means necessary to watch TT titles I've never seen before to know if I want to own them or not - Netflix disc, Netflix streaming, Amazon streaming, even a few YouTube uploads. I've been able to cover most of the titles this way, but there are several I have not been able to see this way, so in those cases I have grabbed a few as blind buys with the sale prices.

More and more the titles announced are films I've never seen, so I usually try to see the ones that have devoted fanbases as they are the most likely to sell out sooner (and very few sell out within a year now).

In any case, right now I have 60 TT titles released/announced that I have not yet seen, with Antony and Cleopatra on the way in the mail from Netflix disc rental.

not once could I find 7 titles I wanted so no biggie to me--- as has been mentioned, I'd much rather have $10 options with more choices.

Maybe its me but it also seems lately TT has gotten a far lower percentage of big name licenses. I guess they are trying to cut costs but i don't see it ending well.

So much for the 7/70 argument. I'd have to track down the last list to see what's different, but most of the same titles including a bunch that were just $6.95 and a couple on the engendered short list

I am flat out shocked that they're having a hard time moving Theater Of Blood and Count Yorga--- these are pretty well known horror titles (a genre that usually always sells well) and good movies to boot!

Where were the buyers for these?

I have never seen Count Yorga but I bought the Arrow release of Theater of Blood for cheap during one of their sales. It has better extras. However, I will probably pick up the TT release if it doesn't sell out for the alternative commentary....

I do think at the end of the day they will do a 7 for $70 just seemed odd to me they took it away . I did hear they were thinking of not doing it . From their business stand point I just think they will realize not having that kind of offer would be a mistake .

I wish TT would stop the random selection of 7 titles. If they did a "five for $50" promo, I might be able to find enough titles to partake.

And I have Theater Of Blood and both Count Yorga films from Arrow, both with tons of extras.
