I hope so. I'm tapped out from this sale, but when they have another one later, I want to pick up the last three TT titles that I want.

I don;t think so. Most of the items I've noticed appear to have hundreds of copies in stock. None of the really low stock items have been affected.

Still happening this morning -- just checked and there's a different 10 missing the Add to Cart button.

EDGE OF ETERNITY now sold out at TT.com
Harlock -- 4 copies left at TT.com

Brutal Tales and Model Shop under 20 copies each

I'm pretty sure that they'll have further sales at lower price points, but I picked up a couple today that I didn't want to miss out on.

[Show spoiler]

Also, I had a $2 coupon, which Twilight Time applied to BOTH titles.

Now 3 Copies of HARLOCK 3D at TT

I just bought one.

I figured I would regret it if I passed on it.

I want to buy some more titles but hoping for some May price drops.

Things are pretty backed up right now but not too badly. I made an order at SA on the 2nd, shipment left Jamaica, Queens on the 14th and just arrived here in Ontario today.

They processed my order in one day and took 9 days to arrive with me in the UK.

Decided to go for one last order:

I can say that I am tapped out on in-print items. In the eight years I've been collecting, "Gun Fury" and "Inferno" are my first 3D Blus.

I wish I could say that, but with the pandemic of Pandemic Sales that have been going on, I've had to put a halt to getting more for now. I do believe, however, that I'm good on titles that are in danger of selling out in the foreseeable future.

Some great choices. I have all of these. "Inferno" is a fun little noir-ish movie I caught about 15 years ago. I've never seen it in actual 3-D but this 2-D presentation is leaps and bounds better than the old import DVD I had years ago. It was the first film in which I actually took Rhonda Fleming seriously as an actress. Robert Ryan is great in this role...but then again, he was great in every role. Enjoy

So far the sale appears to be continuing. I haven't gotten emails from either retailer mentioning an end or an extension

Why stop? Unless to take a breather while they drop prices & start another sale.

Honestly I suspect a bit a sale fatigue. Actually not a big reason except waht started as a March Sale and then 'extended through 4/30' it was just something I expected to temporarily stop

So take a 2-4 week break and give the buyers a chance to see a PRICE DROP even if most of them just drop back to the current prices with 20-25% of the items at a new lower point

If they are happy with the rate of sales at the current price points, and had no intention of altering them anytime soon, then it doesn't really make sense to stop it. But if they intend on a second wave of further price drops, it makes every bit of sense to pause in between. They would have customers left and right who've purchased discs recently attempting to initiate returns and take advantage of the new prices. I would imagine that jumping right into a new price drop would cause a nightmare along these lines.

Well, I just received the e-mail that the TT sale will continue in its present form. Which is great I guess, but I'm all tapped out for the time being and have already purchased all my "must have" titles. Now, if they would drop the price to $10 on everything they're selling for $15 at present, I'd be willing to make up an order consisting of a lot of blind buys. But yeah, the current prices are just a bit too much for that....

They'll be forced to drop prices once sales slow to a trickle...it'll take years for most of these to even come close to selling out at $15.

I would say that the fact of TT seemingly extending the sale indefinitely means that there are no current plans for further price drops. So, I would definitely get what you want now while it's in stock. (I will be taking my own advice, as I've been holding out up until this point.)
