Not sure how it’s more efficient to ship out smaller orders first but then I’ve never worked in a warehouse so maybe it is best practice.

I received the email as well, and it referenced my first order, #720xx from 5/10. (The previous email update referenced one of my later orders.)

I think I fortunately came in pretty close to the start of the sale, so perhaps I’ll see some of my orders ship out sometime in the next few days.

It was nice to get another update and I do commend them for running their operation 7 days a week. Nice to hear they are making solid progress and of course I’m glad to hear that they’re switching to the FIFO model now. A little late for some, but I haven’t seen many new cancellation reports recently in this thread, so with any luck the cancellations were minimal.

While it’s somewhat comforting to hear we’ll be getting what we ordered, all I really want to hear is: “Your order has shipped!”

Understand the frustration, but a bit dramatic? Unless you were able to order everything from SAE, I suppose.

Ordered from Screen Archives on 6/1 and received my package of 9 movies today (6/4). My order from TT on 5/10 still has not shipped, but I did the email most got yesterday.

Yeah, I don’t mind waiting. I understand the trouble they are dealing with. It also gives me time to catch up on some other recent purchases.

Mine has one as well, actually all of my TT discs have a booklet. Can't hurt to ask them for one. Good luck.

While I can't speak for the titles I don't have, I believe every single TT release has a booklet.

Get in touch: in the past they've been pretty good about that sort of thing if they still have them in stock (labels usually print more booklets than they need). With the current situation it might take a while, though.

I am able to get everything elsewhere. It's going to cost me an extra ~$5... total.

As I said above, the wait wasn't the issue, it's the process.

Yep, I received the email, too. My outstanding order is in the high 72s. Only had one title previously removed.
KINO also notified of "Processing" my recent big order from their sales. Will probably both arrive at the same time.

Finally received a shipping notice. I ordered very, late on 5/10. Order 741xx. The three out of stock items all were included.

Wow, props to TT. They responded right away and are sending me a booklet.

Now I’m thinking about squeezing one last small order in for Bandolero (and maybe Untamed).

I confess I thought UNTAMED was dull and repetitive and blatantly ridiculous in parts. I was not a fan at all.

But BANDOLERO on the other hand is terrifically entertaining, with memorable characters, a suspenseful story and superb production values. Not sure it will help sway you or not, but co-star James Stewart once said it was one of his all time favorites.

Both TT orders showed up at my door today.

The only bad part about that is choosing which ones to first watch in the limited window of time that a night gives you.

Will probably kick the pile off with Wild Bill and The Tall Men.
