I am waiting for a medium-sized order from May 10th. They told me they have been working on those orders specifically since last week and into next. I think they got up to 7,000 orders that day.

They estimated my order could ship within the week. I am seeing other orders from May 10th ship so I am not too worried about it.

No, I check that folder regularly. Nothing for me since May 13. I could see missing one, but every week? Doesn't make sense. Hope my order doesn't end up cancelled, though it is showing awaiting shipment at their site.

I don't see why they would cancel your order. If you are nervous you can contact their support team. I have done it previously and they have been great about updating me.

Some side notes on the current conversations:

- From my May 10th-12th orders at TT, I received email updates on May 19, 27, and June 3. I didn't get the original first update email that many received.

- Things seem to be back to normal at SAE, not that they were ever really overwhelmed. While I saw order processing time of 2-4 business days in May when they presumably had a higher than normal volume of TT orders, they shipped my order of 8 titles from mid-morning yesterday in less than 24 hours.

- My first TT orders arrived today (I missed the courier yesterday). I have a few extras since I ordered many titles "just in case" from SAE while the TT situation was in doubt but I didn't end up cancelling my TT orders as they had some items not available at SAE, and I also ordered an extra copy from TT on a few titles I really wanted in case any of the discs had issues. While most of my doubles are still available at SAE and I won't waste anyone's time with those, some are not, and I've now updated my main post with the list (and will continue to update it as more orders arrive) - I'd be interested in trading on the rare chance that anyone interested has sealed items from my wishlist!

Just saw that T-Men was back in stock at TT, so placed another small order. Like many of you, my first order (735**, 12 titles) from back on the 10th still hasn't shipped, but not sweating it yet.

Delivered by FedEx with no mention of taxes or duties so uh. We'll see what happens with that.

My other TT orders made later will all be coming by USPS sometime in the year 2029 presumably

Same, got my order of 4 titles (was originally 5) delivered in a box. Now we'll see if my VS order can beat the one-month wait.

My May 10 order arrived at my office in Canada on Friday, and I was astonished that no Customs fees were applied. It came via FedEx, and the order had 23 discs! Maybe customs is so backlogged that they're letting more things through with no charges.

Now it's on to see whether this order or my large KINO order from their sale gets here first!

You may get a bill in the mail. That’s what I’ve had happen with FedEx in the past. I hope you don’t!

3 titles missing but was only emailed regarding one.

Alexander The Great, I Want To Live, and Gun Fury 3D will just have to be acquired elsewhere. Hate that I missed out on these titles due to TTs fulfillment order, but it can't be helped now.

I placed an order May 12th.
Nothing yet, but if they are still working on May 10th.........
Regular email updates, except for the week just gone.
My order was relatively big at about 30 titles. I have not been made aware of anything that may be missing......yet.
As I now head into my 5th week since the order was placed, one question that does come to mind is this. With the sad news that TT is no more from the end of June and with there only now two weeks to go until that date (and noting the five weeks since my order was place) it has crossed my mind and I guess others, are they going to be able to ship everything before that final date?
Perhaps they will stop any further orders and keep on shipping into July?
Like others, I too wanted to place an order with SAE but held off until I knew what was or wasn't coming from TT. Like others, I gave up waiting and placed an order with SAE last week.

As of this post, you can still pick up Alexander The Great and I Want To Live on the Screen Archives website. Unfortunately Gun Fury 3D is sold out there as well.

That title was ordered by me on May 12 as part of my 30 odd order, yet to ship.
I am told by TT that if you are not notified that the title has gone, then it is sitting allocated to its owner awaiting shipment.
I’ll let you know if I get it.

My LARGE order from early in the sale on May 10th finally shipped. Originally 45 titles, 5 were cancelled/refunded on the 11th. I Want To Live! was among the cancelled/refunded titles on May 11 but was allegedly included in a later order. I will find out for sure when they arrive. I ordered it from SAE on May 12th along with the others I could still get and have had it here for at least 3 weeks.

They also said that they were processing orders in FIFO order. We'll see...

After seeing your post I went and checked Delivery Manager. Label was created today and has an estimated delivery of Wednesday. No notice from TT yet. My order was late in the evening on May 10th.

An interesting note from the recent Twilight Time shipping update email:

I really wish I had the opportunity to buy a title that is unavailable.
You may have that chance! We had a very limited number of archived copies of select titles at the office, including some titles that have been sold out for some time. We have shipped those to our warehouse and are in the process of inventorying them. Any included titles that went out of stock during this sale will have the sale price. Non-sale titles that have been sold out for some time will be sold for their original release price of $29.95. More details including a list of titles and when they will be available will be announced later this month.
