Of those OOP titles being offered, I would really like to get Lillies of the Field but not at $29.95+S&H. I will wait and pray that a UK label gets ahold of it. Maybe the BFI or Eureka?

MGM/UA could reissue it themselves, or license it to a company like Kino.

Same here. I'd pay 15 or 20 no problem but not 30 +shipping

Anyone have any double of titles they ordered by mistake? I have one (The Talk of the Town)and was just wondering.
Don't want to get too into it as this is not the correct place. May have to go over to the trading forum.

Default This time, fer sure!

Ok, I am finally done with Twilight Time. This is my last order, including several that I was sure I would never need. I was sucked in by their sale pricing. I'm not sure I even understand all the discounts as my total came to $88.05 before shipping for 10 titles, but ok.

[Show spoiler]

As for the other OOS titles that are being relisted, there's really not any that I don't already have that I'm kicking myself for not getting, so I'm going to sit out that promo and save myself the aggravation of trying to get my order in under deadline.

So thanks for the memories, Twilight Time. It was a fun ride.

Watched The Admirable Crichton last night.

Transfer/source isn't the greatest but the movie itself was way above expectation. Great blind buy.

So TT is forcing international buyers to use FedEx, that would be 135 USD for one title. Had a chance to buy 9 to 5 but for this price I might as well buy it off eBay from scalpers. Not worth it thanks TT.

We'll see if my fast fingers were fast enough. Successfully went through checkout with Fright Night, Cat Ballou and Titus (which was $9.95!)

Well, that was exciting lol!

Put in 2 orders, with 4 (different) titles each.

Order #s 80126 and 80201.

Now the waiting game I guess, to see how many items get cancelled from my orders!

Well, that was tense.

My order page shows I got in for the two things I wanted. I guess we'll see in a few weeks.

What a waste. I was pretty excited to see even more stuff up for sale and after missing out on three titles because the site forgot my new address, the insane shipping completely killed it. 170 dollars on top of 100 worth of product, guess I only have eyes for Screen Archives now. Any idea on when we can expect any news from them?

Of the 46 very limited items that were in the Going Fast section (not counting the disc cases)...
- 6 items remained as of 1:15 ET
- 5 items as of 1:19 ET
- 3 items as of 1:50 ET

There are also quite a number of previously sold out items that are back in stock in the Sale section, but those are going as well. There were originally 11 pages by the time I looked...
- 9 pages as of 1:24 ET
- 7 pages as of 1:50 ET
- 5 pages as of 2:30 ET

There's at least 1 title I wanted that I think may have been in that section, that I missed because I didn't realize it was going to be added, so it's worth a look!

Wow. At this point, there's only Strange Invaders and Tony Rome/Lady in Cement left in the "Going Fast" section.

In other news, I got my May 11 order today. Huzzah! That's just leaves me waiting for a 5-title order from SAE (which has an ETA of Friday), and a 2-title order from TTM.

Tony Rome / Cement was one I wanted but again, the shipping is absurd.
Plus import charges will be calculated on top.
Would have been nice to know that's what would happen.
I have a sour taste in my mouth, I need closure, I can't wrap my head around the fact I had 9 to 5 in my cart and could have proceeded and I didn't.

I wasn't fast enough to get the few titles I was interested in, not that they were high priority ones anyway or I would have already got them, but I'm kind of glad I didn't when I look at the shipping costs. As a consolation I thought about ordering the 3 x $21 musicals offer but the shipping to Canada was more than the movies and I'm nervous about FedEx piling on their bullshit "brokerage fees". Screw that, I'll just pick up what's left in time from Screen Archives where I can also throw some Sony / Universal / Warner MOD titles into the order.

I wasn't aware that SAE carries Warner MOD titles (does it include WAC titles?) as their search function hasn't worked since I started using them.
That said I am worried that I still did not receive Manhattan Murder Mystery which was my first ever purchase, pre-dating my TT sale order from SAE of several weeks later! Which does not speak in their favor.

The trick is, don't select the drop down choices. Just type in the search and then press Search. Then it works just fine.

Warner Archive on SAE: https://screenarchives.com/display_r...ARNER-ARCHIVE/

You didn't receive MMM from SAE, or from TT? I placed a lot of SAE orders since the 10th, and all have arrived safely (well protected) and quickly to Canada.
