I placed my order last night. Was planning on waiting until next month but the price will not be getting any lower and I do not want to end up being left out on that one.

I'm in for Body Double, and if still available I'll throw on Hard Times with it.

I want to get 'Leave Her To Heaven' as well.

I will admit, I have been a 'naysayer' regarding Twilight Time for well over a year now. But there are classic movies that I would love to get, 'Leave Her To Heaven', 'Swamp Water', etc. I asked my boyfriend what he thought about it. He said, "Just because you may not agree with everything Twilight Time does, that doesn't mean you can't buy the movies you want from them. I don't care for Microsoft at all but, I bought a XBOX 360 because they had exclusive Square-Enix games that I wanted."

I told him that makes perfect sense. I never thought of it that way. I am so glad I asked him about it because it's made me think of them differently.

So, I want to get some of the classic titles when i can.

Let me second the advice of your boyfriend, and while I'm at it recommend a couple of personal favorites: First a movie that I had never heard of before I read the review here on Blu-ray.com and decided to take a chance, Rapture.A simply stunning movie with great performances and it has become one of my favorite movies. Also Bell,Book, and Candle, a personal favorite with James Stewart, Kim Novak, and Jack Lemmon. Hard to go wrong with that cast .

The moronic USPS delivered my copy of HARD TIMES to the Twilight Zone. I was on vacation the week of July 4th, which is when they supposedly delivered my copy (had it sent to my job) but nobody knows anything about it. Unless someone swiped it, it's lost. I've had stuff lost before but this was a limited Twilight Time Blu-ray - not supposed to happen

Why is the USPS to blame? Your the one that had it intentionally delivered while you were on vacation there.

In partial defense of the original poster, I have ordered from SAE and in the special comments have explicitly said "Do not ship until X date because I will be traveling" and it was completely ignored and shipped ASAP and sat on my front stoop for two days until I came home. Luckily no one took it.

And to cut off an expected retort: I couldn't wait with my order because the item was going to sell out.

I don't know if companies can/do hold orders like that. I once asked Import CDs to hold an order, and they told me they couldn't.

I know USPS is unreliable at times but they offer hold mail service.

The USPS is to blame because they're clueless. It's an outdated, inefficient dinosaur of an institution that should be disbanded. First of all, I have everything shipped to my job because my own mail carriers where I live can't be bothered to hand me my own mail. My local Post Office misplaces stuff all the time. I can't have anything sent to my home because then I have to wait until Saturday to pick it up, spending up to an hour on a line just to be told they can't find my package. I know the mailman at my job and he always gives me my stuff. For some reason, whenever he takes a day off all hell breaks loose and nobody gets their own mail. So yeah, the USPS is to blame.

Yes lets disband the postal service because you have had bad experiences.

In the 14 years I've lived at my current address, I've never had any troubles with the USPS at all.

Have you contacted SAE yet? As the sender, they assume responsibility for that package being delivered to you and they are responsible for contacting USPS and filing a lost package claim. They really can't turn you away unless they have proof, usually in the form of a signature, that the package was received. It doesn't matter which shipping option you choose either. If they do blow you off, file a chargeback with your credit card company and explain the situation.

I had a similar situation occur earlier this year with The Fury, but that was with UPS, not USPS. I ultimately did receive that package unharmed, but not when it was intended to be delivered and UPS was definitely at fault for misdelivering it in the first place.

Its the Post Office. Notify them to hold mail when you are on Vacation or ask a reliable neighbor to check for deliveries.

Never lost mail this way.
