It is REGION A Locked!
What's with the presented in standard definition for the director's cut?

I presumed the rights owner demanded region locking. Who have Twilight Time got this from ? as looking at IMDB there is a mixture of various independent distributors globally.

Probably weren't able to do a decent HD scan or materials not in good enough shape. Who knows where the Dir Cut came from at that. Too bad it isn't in HD would be a huge selling point but for a film such as this I'm surprised this has as many bonus features. I had to order it. I love most films from the 70's.

Is anyone else having problems checking out on the screenarchives site? Now it seems I no longer have an account. I can't seem to log in anymore cause it won't recognize my password. I send a request to have my password sent to me... and I get nothing. Is there a way to call them?

Site worked fine for me. Went smooth. Keep checking your email, it may take a couple minutes to send your password to you.

How long do I have to wait? It's been over 30 minutes now, and still nothing. I'm logged into my account, but it won't let me into my account info. I try to log out and it states that my password is expired and then automatically returns me to the home page. WTF!!!

I tried to create another account, and it won't let me.

I had the exact same email/password problem using IE but was just able to place my order using Chrome. I think it is an issue with their website and not your account.

I just ordered The Disappearance from them with no hassle. I was reading that the BluRay version is 91 minutes and they will have a directors cut at 101 minutes in SD on the same BD 50 disc. Is that possible ? Ive never heard of that. Just my lack of knowing about this -
I hope I like the film..it does sound really good .29.95 blind buying lol thank you charge card

Many BD50 disks have 3 to 4 hours of HD on them, so 91 minutes in HD and 108 minutes in SD at a fraction of the bit rate is no problem at all. Many disks have this amount of SD extras along with the HD movie.

Thanks. That solved the problem. I used Chrome just now and was able to check out just fine. Strange that their web site does not work with Safari or Firefox.

Waiting on some reviews re: the transfer before pulling the trigger, but planning to grab The Driver soon, probably bundled with Hard Times and perhaps one or two others.

Anyone have a favorite they feel strongly about that would get me to the $100 mark?

Based on the movies from Twilight Time that you have in your wish list, I would say that you would enjoy Experiment in Terror!
