Assuming these are for titles released in February or March, it's conceivable this thing could go on for months!
Honestly, why bother? The minute the guessed title is confirmed it will be all over the internet, it's not like you're missing anything

I really hope Used Cars and The Blob come out soon and have excellent transfers. I was extremely impressed with The Driver transfer.

It turns out the title is Born Yesterday. I have to say, some of the clues were really stretching it a bit.

Which version? 50's or 90's?

Oh wow, that hadn't even occurred to me. It would be hilarious if it was the 90s version.

Since the 50s version was from Columbia, and the 90s version was from Disney subsidiary Hollywood Pictures, I'd say it's unlikely to be the 90s one.

50s... one of the clues was that one of the leads won an Oscar (Judy Holliday).

You mean none of the leads from the 90s version won an Oscar?? I find that hard to believe.

I'm annoyed I have not received a shipping confirmation even though I ordered the first day. It's no fun when everyone has their order shipped.

If you are able to check your order status on their site page usually that updates before any shipment e-mails go out.

Usually though somtimes the orders confirm out as shipped but don't actually ship out until the next business day. Where as mine said it shipped there is no scanned info yet.. so it may not go out till Monday. (This is how previous orders of mine)

Just got my email that Drums Along the Mohawk, Jane Eyre and Oliver! has shipped. With these three films, I will now own 16 Twilight Time Blu-rays.

I have to agree. This is the second time I've ordered within the first minute or two of preorders going live and yet my status still says pending and people who ordered days after me have already had theirs ship. Shouldn't they follow a first in, first out protocol?

From their facebook:

"We are often asked which titles are getting low in stock, so as we have pre-orders for 3 new titles coming on Nov 20th, as well as a signed-copy promotion for MINDWARP, here is a new low-stock list for any of you looking to pick up some back catalogue:

On Blu-ray - AS GOOD AS IT GETS, BYE BYE BIRDIE, THOSE MAGNIFICENT MEN IN THEIR FLYING MACHINES, ENEMY MINE, LEAVE HER TO HEAVEN, BELL, BOOK, & CANDLE, THE DRIVER - and on DVD - STAGECOACH."

None of them have as a matter of fact, but meaning won an Oscar for the movie.

I emailed about my situation, and I was told I was in a queue. My order confirmation email came at 4:02PMEST so it's perplexing. I wouldn't mind if others (who I know ordered after me) were not getting shipping emails with tracking info. I wonder if they send out batches according to buyer's location.

Yeah, I've almost pulled the trigger on that one several times... partially for its own virtues and partially as a reference point re: Vertigo, which is a Top 10 of all time for me.

That's a bit of a surprise to me. Despite it's high profile, based on the discussion round here I kind of assumed As Good As it Gets wasn't a big seller.

Anyway, that's good info - need to grab myself Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines PDQ.
