I ordered the 2 Sinbad movies, Sexy Beast, and Royal Flash plus the autographed MindWarp. I live in Ohio. Last time, I only ordered The Way we Were and Jane Eyre, and it was a week before they shipped them out.

I'm in Ohio and I received my shipping notice yesterday. I only ordered the two Sinbads but I don't know if that means anything in terms of when they shipped my stuff.

I live close to that neck of the woods and I've always been happy with SAE's shipping, especially now that I instruct them to send the titles in a box to avoid damage.

They shipped off my copies of Picnic and Bell, Book and Candle yesterday.

I don't know why my orders are suddenly taking longer. It now takes 6 days to receive an in stock TT blu-ray & my last round of pre-orders took that long to even enter into the shipping process (fingers crossed this latest one does not take that long). If I order a TT blu-ray from Amazon, it takes four days now instead of the 2 to 3 it took just a month or so ago.

I received THE OTHER days before release date, and I only purchased that one so maybe they do ship out smaller orders sooner, but why? You'd think they would want to give preference to customers who spend more and buy more items each month. When I've emailed SA, I get the "you're in the queue" answer, but they have never answered my questions about why I'm so far back in the queue when I ordered immediately. If they said, "it takes longer to process larger orders" or "your items come from multiple places so we hold the order until each one arrives" I would be a tad annoyed, but I would accept it. Instead, they say nothing when I ask.

I'm in New York and still have not received a shipping notice. I'm not in a rush for these cause I got a ton of stuff to get through. SAE likely doesn't ship on weekends but I'm sure I'll get an email Monday morning.

I'm in Michigan and my order still shows up as "Pending" on the SAE website. I got the two Sinbad films (with 2 extra 'Golden' and one extra 'Tiger' for X-mas gifts) and the free signed MindWarp.

[rant]Ticks me off that when I asked them to ship in box they were ok with it the first couple times, but then next time they weren't (with resultant damage similar to when I first ordered from them and they didn't ship in a box). Then they had the nerve to ask me to pay 3 extra bucks if I wanted one in the future (to cover their additional costs, which were negligible (extra postage was under a buck)). Anyway, just felt like griping about something today.[/rant]

Good they accommodate you that way. Me I just order in 3s, seems to be the best solution (get a box, items aren't oversqueezed into too small of a box).

Sony's Kim Novak dvd box was a great addition to my collection a few years back. The blus were must haves.

I am beginning to wonder if the Sinbads are delayed a bit. I just hope they get shipped and delivered in time for Christmas.

Why are you wondering that? People have been getting shipping emails for them since Friday, and the release date isn't until Tuesday.

Mine have shipped out and from looking at the tracking I should be getting them tomorrow, so I'm guessing they aren't delayed!

Mine still say "Pending".

[That's the Charlie Brown "I got a rock"-equivalent delivery statement.]

Didn't they used to send stuff out via USPS? Now it looks like UPS.

This is their new shipping UPS Mail Innovations lol they are having UPS pick them up and deliver them to the PO and then from there they will be delievered by USPS. (US Orders) so many have not been thrilled with the new service.

Thanks. Glad to hear this, because more than likely this should make it into my mailbox instead of just sitting outside in the crappy winter weather.
