You can't blame WB for that if their distributor didn't inform them of the data breach,

But once it was brought to their attention (in part due to emails from members here) they denied that there had been any data compromised, and still haven't addressed the issue in any way, despite tens of thousands of dollars being taken from customer's bank accounts. To not even eventually offer up a manufactured, half-hearted, generic apology is inexcusable, in my book.

So for those that got there copies of either Golden Voyage or Eye of the Tiger, how's the transfer? I haven't seen any comment on that subject yet...

Hell, I didn't know about this. This might explain a recent fraud breach on my debit card.

Wow, I'm surprised to hear all the complaints with the shipping of the Sinbad films. Mine arrived days ago. I haven't had any problems with TT for SA ever. I have had issues with Buysoundtrax however. I hope the delivers people are waiting for get where they need to be if needed for Christmas - that would be rotten if not.

I got the shipping notice on Monday, but when I click the tracking number link it takes me to the UPS site and they have no record of it, same for USPS when I enter it on the site...its been like that for 2 days. Reminds me of import CDs
Id like to believe they are on the way

Mine shipped friday but tracking didn't start to work until yesterday. With this new delivery system it can take longer to deliver then standard first class mail. Just depends on where it is shipping.

I think you would be the only one who's received them. Any copies going through NJ probably have just left there so we all have to wait.

Your package hasn't been received by Innovations yet. It took two days for an update once I received my "your order has shipped" message. It seems like time flew up to the pre order date for the Sinbads but these few shipping days are taking forever

The UPS Mail Innovations method stinks but it's how SAE is shipping out these days so we'll just have to grin and bear it. My tracking status has remained "Not Available" since Monday with no sign of activity. I'll probably receive my order before anything changes. Whatever.

Once they hand it off to the USPS, is there any way to track it?

My package has arrived in Ohio at the destination UPS Mail Innovations facility. It still says a Monday delivery, though. Sucks that my package is only two hours away but it won't be here for 5 days. Maybe I will get lucky and have it here by Friday.

I tried that and it didn't work. It says the info is not available at this time. According to the UPS tracking it says that it was taken to the local USPS hub on Monday, so hopefully they've taken it to my local carrier yesterday, and I might actually get it today. Hoping for today, because the high for tomorrow is going to be 15 degrees, and I don't really want my package sitting in the mail box all afternoon if it's that cold out.

Exactly, that tracking # is really a USPS number and will work on the website
Its just waiting for that *not available* for some kind of information that is really annoying. I bet I get it before any information is posted also.
Its also the holidays so there are lots of parcels traveling across the country (and world !)
TT used to ship directly via the Post Office.. Now with UPS MO - its an extra pair of hands that tosses your parcels around...

The past 6-8 months I've been lucky if I get them on the Saturday after the release date. It's all karma to even out for my earlier purchases.

have the exact same issue, its not like we are dealing with Amazon which has multiple distribution warehouses, or where you can pay and set up "Prime" but you would think that anyplace I can actually to in less than 5 hours wouldn't take longer than a week to 10 days to arrive.

You have to wait until its been passed to USPS...the first thing you will see is "Electronic Notification* meaning that the USPS will be getting it shortly...
the item needs to be scanned in order to get more updates

My order is still listed as pending in the SA system. I'm beginning to think that they are still waiting for the signed Mindwarps to show up. That is the only reason I can come up with for the delay.

I don't want to hear it we had a wind chill of -24 a couple days ago lol

I think the updating for USPS tracking will take longer than usual cause of this time of year and I bet they will take longer to get than usual. Last months order I got fast this one is taking much longer.
