If the wish list update trick is reliable, that blu-ray has sold the fewest copies. I'm surprised HIGH TIME has sold as many copies as it has because even Bing Crosby fans warned me off the film.

I don't understand this timeline feature brouhaha, but why be so rude about it? Why not just ask them if they can do without it? I can see why they just stop listening to customer complaints when the customers are so rude.

I'm in Australia too and each of my TT orders have done this and they always arrive. Mine normally take about three weeks but at this time of year give time for delays over the holidays.

I don't believe they've mentioned when but I'd lean more toward the latter half of 2014.

Great transfer on FMITM too! I'm with you on more Harryhausen! A great transfer is out there for "Three Worlds of Gulliver" which TT has access too also. If we can get TT to push Fox for "One Million Years BC" and then Warner Bros. to get moving on "Beast From 20,000 Fathoms," "Valley of Gwangi" and "Mighty Joe Young" we will have all of the master's feature films!!

I looked at the bonus features on GOLDEN VOYAGE OF SINBAD last night, and among them were featurettes about MYSTERIOUS ISLAND, which TT has already released but without that featurette, and THE THREE WORLDS OF GULLIVER, so maybe that's a subtle hint that it may be a future TT release.

Hopefully I'll have better luck with this title than I did with Christine. I had a copy of Christine in my cart and when I went to checkout the SAE website locked up on me and the next thing I know, it's sold out.

Christine was a total feeding frenzy, and limits were put in place too late, hopefully there will be limits from the start.

That would help but the problem relates to basic mathematics:
Demand > 3,000. Thus, of course people are going to complain about missing out. I does not matter how early TT announces the pre-order date as that does not change the equation. I'll get mine as I am interested in this title...many will miss out. It is coming out in Blu-Ray so I am happy for that.
