I've been on an Otto Preminger kick lately, having bought the Blu-rays of Laura, River of No Return, and Anatomy of a Murder, as well as the DVDs of a bunch of his film noirs, like Fallen Angel, Angel Face, Where the Sidewalk Ends, Daisy Kenyon, and Whirlpool.

That's nuttiness to claim it's better than Laura, whomever made the statement. Personally, I find Bonjour Tristesse a soulless movie.

I would guess that Bonjour Tristesse will never sell out unless Twilight Time gives Screen Archives the go ahead to lower the price. You could wait two years and I'd guess the amount of copies sold would not change very much.

Logically it will be available when the new pre-orders are live today at 4 pm eastern time, wouldn't it ?

You folks don't think there's a chance Al Garcia might sell out today, do you?

I'm trying to rationalize not ordering right at 4 because it's not convenient, but goodness knows I don't want to miss out.

I'd say the chances would be about zero, especially since the title is already available internationally with the same transfer.

With the latest pre-order shipping debacle with Thunderbolt and Lightfoot, Blue Max, and the Woody Allen titles, if I was you I would just wait and order it around or after the release date unless you're going for the free The Driver promo.

Strange....Am I the only one getting a Virus threat when logging onto S.A.E.'s online site? My AVG is removing the threat this morning and late last night. Never had that problem before....

Can you order any TT movie to get to the $100 minimum, or does it have to consist of preorders only?
