I'm crossing my fingers.
I hate to tell you this, but if that's all you got, your total was $99.80 before shipping, so they may not give you the free copy of The Front.

EDIT: Nevermind, cgurley beat me to it.

That sucks. I noticed the site was a little slower this time as the new titles didn't load up as fast as they have recently. I got my order through, but it did my heart no favors. Does anyone else's heart start racing whenever they do these promos? Gonna have a heart attack one of these times, all for a friggin' free Blu.

I'd highly recommend Swamp Water, a unique film with great atmosphere and many interesting characters. Pony Soldier was just passable. It has some lovely scenary and some decent action, but the dialogue and some of the acting is subpar (I'm glad I watched it on YouTube instead of buying it). The Sound and the Fury was quite dismal; characters played things way over the top for me. I didn't even finish it.

I'm not interested in The Only Game in Town, The Disappearance, or Lost Horizon (though I would love to the 1937 version come to Blu).

I will be purchasing High Time and Bonjour Tristesse during this sale.
Thanks. I may go the youtube route for a few of these tonight to check them out.

I got the CD because I wanted it.

Used Cars was $30, the other 4 movies were $20, so that already put me over $100 before the CD was applied.

Dang... missed out on the free copy of The Front.
It was in my cart and everything... got deleted from my cart after I clicked the submit my order button. All in mere seconds. Wow....

Did manage to grab Rapture, Experiment In Terror, Blue Lagoon, Used Cars, and Wild At Heart.

well it's a perfect storm moment for a slow SAE...big sale on discs that are almost never on sale, pre-order day with some big cult titles, and the free autograph thingy.

yeah, to tell you the truth I don't need the commentary.
So it's really now down to:

iso score + slightly better picture (?) VS. subtitles + documentaries + cheaper

At times like this I wish a Universal* Bluray was issued for all the world for all films!

I kind of figured some people would get caught in the "static". I only wish I wasn't one of them. (sigh)

The page doesn't fully need to load. It can still be in spinning mode. As long as the Add To Cart button is there and you are able to add an item, you're fine. I was able to order Used Cars at 4:01 and all the pages were spinning including the confirm page.

I hope our buddies at SAE got some extra temp workers helping them out, because they are going to have a lot of orders to ship out!

Well, I cleaned out the titles on my Wish List that were on sale:

Our Man Flint
In Like Flint
Cover Girl
Experiment in Terror
Jane Eyre
Rapture

No autographed copy for me but I can't be too disappointed as I am thrilled I was able to save $60 because of this sale.

Pre-ordered Used Cars and ordered Bite the Bullet and Pal Joey on sale. I finally bit the bullet on those because of the sale price, $34.95 was just a tad too high otherwise. I even bought the DVD of Kremlin Letter.

I noticed the site wouldn't load fully for me including the Add to Cart button. I had to hover the cursor over where it should be to find it!

For those who picked up the signed copy of the Front - do you get that for the signature or because it's a freebie? No disrespect but I don't really see the appeal of an Andrea Marcovicci autograph.

Got the Front because it's an okay movie, and it was free. I had the same problem with adding The Front to my cart (no add to cart on actual page). Luckily I zoomed back to the SAE home page, and added it from there.
