I never had a problem when I had a Comcast email address but Gmail puts the emails in the spam folder (not the junk folder) and I never seem to receive the emails with a TWC email address.

I don't know, I just tried to order Lady from Shanghai and Cover Girl (TT) and got the message, "Sorry, but coupon "MEMORIAL20" is not available for this order". It didn't even recognize the free shipping option for orders over $39.00.

Worm, in the past, the codes did work on TT titles, as I have ordered some titles from them before with a discount. I guess TT told them not to discount or ELSE...

Generally, yes. However, it can be really hit and miss. In the last 20% off sale, some titles were able to be discounted with a coupon. Whoever runs TCM Shop is way too incompetent to actually exclude all the TT titles. This time around, I only tested it with Two Rode Together and it works. Odds are, the coupon will work on at least a few other titles too . Just give it a shot and see what sticks.

That's weird. One of the two (either TT or TCM) had an ad on their facebook page today specifically saying you could purchase TT titles with this code. I saw it in my newfeed which is how I found out about the code in the first place. It looks like it's gone now.

It works on Heaven Knows, Mr. Allison as well. Just ordered it with the coupon (along with The Train and The Mechanic).

Hit or miss for me. I tried it with Two Rode Together and Man From Laramie and it worked. I then added Broadway Danny Rose, and it didn't work. Still on the fence about pulling the trigger, though. I've gone way over budget buying blu rays in April and May.

FYI: TCM charges tax for Calif buyers. Kind of kills the 20% discount a bit.


Oh, and they also charged me a penny more than they should have on the tax (the math doesn't add up). Check your receipts, peeps!

Yes. I'm tempted to say "of course", but you are just being helpful and have no way of knowing if I am not an idiot.

It really is just one of those things. It is one of the reasons that even at its very, very, very, very worst, I still feel I have to check in on this thread as it is my only real source of info on TT titles.

Not no more it don't..!! It appears that TT titles are no longer part of the sale. I just tried a few I was going back to order and the code didn't work, it did work earlier for The Train, The Man from Laramie, now it doesn't.

I also always look at spam headers before I forward them to spam@uce.gov . And its not like they can't send me eMail. I get the confirmations of my orders and shipping notices.
