Yes...it pops up for a short time while it's available, I had to hit "refresh" several times once it was time, and then it's suddenly there w/ $0.00 as a price...but you need to have $100.00 worth of stuff before shipping costs or it won't let you check out...

Lately, the autographed title doesn't even appear in the news listings on the homepage -- it sells out before then. You can either search for the title repeatedly until it shows up (it will say Autographed! and have a $0.00 price tag). Or you can refresh this page and watch all the titles pop up one by one as SAE makes them available. The autographed title is always the last to show up on preorder date.

Not on my end. The autographed edition has always shown up on the homepage where all the new releases start popping up one by one. And I've been there for pretty much all of the autographed editions (the only one I skipped was the Brannigan one). I have never had to go to the Twilight Time section or type in the movie's name in search. I remember some people claiming the autographed Used Cars never showed up on the homepage, but it did for me, so I'm thinking it could be a browser issue or something else causing the variant issues we see at SAE.

The Used Cars Promo was def. On the site. I had it in my cart and clicked to check out and click to finalize the order and by the time I got to final check out it was removed from my order, I guess because it sold out. I was actually quite annoyed because it seemed a bit unfair.

well, that's kind of my point. A year ago, the promos lasted long enough that you could wait for them to show up on the front page. But now there's enough demand and knowledge that you can't wait for the promo to show up on the front page, because it doesn't show up until 4:05 (if at all) and by then most of the autographed copies are gone, because it was already available on the site at 4:00 (or 4:03, I think, for the Brannigan promo, which was put up late) and people knew to look for it even if it's not on the front page. I lost on a few signed promos precisely because I had waited for it to appear, and then I started looking for them myself and have managed to snag the last three promos (Brannigan, Fate is the Hunter, and Used Cars).

I've gotten just about every signed promotional blu I've went after over the past year and I've always just F5'd the bottom of the homepage in the NEW DVD RELEASES slider box. The new releases and the promotional signed discs have always shown up on the homepage in time for me to get an order in. Maybe you weren't seeing them on the homepage due to your web browser, and how it's set up?

The main thing potential buyers have to do when purchasing is to make sure they're viewing an updated page when they reload it. I think many people are viewing a cached webpage and think the new releases/promos aren't online yet (when in fact they are).

I didn't even realize there's a NEW DVD RELEASES box further down the page. I was talking about the news announcements at the top of the page. It used to be that they would update the news announcement for the preorders with actual links to the preorders, as well as the autographed copy, when they became live. But now the news item doesn't get updated until much later, which is why I had been searching or going to the TT listings.

I have been able to get every signed promo that they have done. I have always found them on the front page. Sometimes it has been at the bottom under the new DVD releases.

Last night I watched The Man From Laramie. TT did an outstanding job with this blu-ray release. Highly recommended.

nope It appears to be purely cosmetic to me some kind of Indentation on the disc goes completely though to the label side.

yes I just contacted them I hope they don't give me any trouble about it with the pressing being limited and all or do they make more in-case of problems like this??
