I just finished Rapture and I'm not really quite sure how I feel about it.

The story was enjoyable, overall, but part of me was waffling between liking and disliking it during the entire duration. I feel as if the film does not know what it wants to be at times. At one point, we think it's a psychological thriller with themes of sexual repression and sexual abuse being lightly touched upon. Other times, we think it's a love story with a happily ever after feeling.

Moving on, the acting is undeniably superb with Patricia Gozzi easily stealing the show as the character of Agnes. The supporting cast, especially Dean Stockwell, are very good, as well. Lastly, I don't think I've ever seen black and white cinematography look so good before.

Rapture is definitely a hidden gem and overall, I would probably rate it as a 4/5.

for the "Limited Edition" titles like The Blob are you required to purchase them at Screen Archives or can they be purchased anywhere?

ALL of their titles are limited, buy them wherever you want, TCM shop is usually a good alternative, not many places have them.

One thing to consider with The Blob is that you should not wait for SAE to sell this title on Amazon or other sites because it will sell out very quickly. Your only chance is to pre order from SAE directly right when the pre order goes live. Otherwise your only other options will be to get screwed by those eBay scalpers or to patiently wait for another region to release it but that could take years.

At 5000 units who knows how long this will take. Still I wouldn't take chances.

I usually do four titles at a time if I can.. otherwise I could have sworn I've gotten priority shipping on 3 titles before so I think 3 min.
