The same is true for James Arness doing interviews for THE THING and THEM!

Also, two questions:

1. Any updates on 20th Century Fox's remastered JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH?
2. Is Twilight Time or someone else going to release additional Blu-rays of MYSTERIOUS ISLAND?

Them, The Thing, The Beast from 20000 Fathoms are with Warner which means not likely from TT.
1)Journey is coming this year I believe
2)That is a maybe / maybe not - I havent heard anything so I dont know

I'm hoping another Woody Allen film will be announced. I really want Interiors and Stardust Memories as they are two of my faves>!

I would keep checking the Home Theatre Forum. TT leaks the info to them first.

I would think one or two Allen films will be announced. Along with "Lenny" "First Men in the Moon" and most likely a reissue of a sold out title.

Same here. At least Criterion only keeps us waiting for a single day (maybe three if the 15th lands on a Saturday and we have to wait till Monday). This "tune in for a whole week" and maybe they'll announce it by the last day is kind of silly.

"Lenny" was already announced in October, for February release.

Not sure that Fright Night will command such a following as before since the German release is available for half the price and is completely English friendly- released the same time as Christine, another good German disc

Should move fairly briskly anyway, since it will include quite a few special features and possibly an improved transfer. A lot of the people who bought the German disc are talking about buying this as well. Should be interesting to see whether it moves faster than The Blob.

But the European disc hasn't got the same extras (I believe) and doesn't have a lossless audio track too.

+1 to everything you listed.

My Twilight Time collection is quickly gaining ground on my Criterion Collection ... which I never thought would happen a couple years ago.

All wait to see the quality of Richard the III but that's the only one that peaks my interest at this moment.

Count me in for The Bounty in March and Truffaut's The Story of Adele H in April.

I have The Remains of the Day and The Bounty from other countries. I have the first TT issue of Journey to the Center of the Earth. There's probably nothing else I need that much.

This will be a welcome break since TT has been emptying my pockets the last few months.

Someone pointed out that these are usually HTF forum exclusive announcements first. However Akijama posted the info even before HTF or even TT put it up on FB
